A call for the re-examination of the standard of degrees awarded by the self-perpetuating elite at Queen's University,Belfast

 In my judgement and contemporary experience bears this out, Queen's University deliberately humiliated and systematically degraded generations of Catholic working class students and destroyed their lives, depriving them of their cherished career choices.

I am thinking of wordy buffoons such as Barry Malcolm,Colin Campbell,Herby Wallace,Brian Childs and Brice Dickson. As for the female tutors in my university years,they hadn't a clue about what they were talking. They were playing silly games to curry favour with university authorities and the unionist politicians at whose initiative their posts were awarded.

My studied observation is what it was then. In controversial fields,the unionist bimbos and Castle Catholics were given preferential treatment. I am thinking in particular of people in my echelon such as Rafferty,Walsh, Doran and Larkin.

The record is clear. It could not be clearer. The dunces and know-nothin's with no glowing academic records before their admission to the Law Faculty were given 'top marks' for bland ignorance of their chosen field. Call-girls graduated with superior 'qualifications'.

Queen's degrees are not very highly regarded outside Northern Ireland because the lecturers are all Protestant. They are told by their superiors to mark down the astute and gifted because it is a clash of opposites. The best students are Catholics not those scoring high marks. All top lecturers receive money from the police for information and the police are particularly interested in humiliating Catholic students. An educated person is the only person who can get the better of a policeman unless he is a medical student. The latter are brought up to obey the police. Trinity is the same as Queen's in the South. Protestant students are given the best degrees there but very few of them ever get work or are gainfully employed after their time at Trinity. UCD graduates hold a monopoly on salaried employment in the South.

Every trade union has its police liaison officer because that's how most trade union officials find out about labour discontent and threatened strikes. They do not hesitate to have people arrested but they push a woman in to the frontline to take the blame for their activities. Their only God is some obscure group with about ten or fifteen members.

In Ireland ,a political false trader......

If a politician insults you in public,that is his true voice like the rising falsetto of a Thatcherite scream. He values only his public image. That is why he is drawn to public life and human intercourse.

A sectarian politician only cares only about his public image and his standing in the community. If a (leftist) guru insults you in front of his soulmates,it is because he finds you an obstacle to his ascent to power. If he is an Irish revolutionary socialist or Provo type or armed man,he equates a great man with a bon litterateur. 

If you are treated in this fashion by a politician or other person or a Provo,turn your face against him or her and have nothing more to do with him. His mien is a sign that he fears rejection at the polls. 

Alternatively,his or her career before the electorate may have run its course and new contenders have emerged to hoodwink, cajole and mislead the public on behalf of revolutionary causes. The portents can be read easily by cognoscenti.

Some advice when you have a case before the courts 

"Don't talk to people who insult you or openly denigrate you and mock your achievements and viewss because they are trying to undermine your morale and soften you up for even more blows to "the body,the head,the chest". Those people do that to everyone who goes to law and hasn't  the mentality of a slave in the Deep South. Keep to what you know. Have a few close friends after you initiate legal proceedings against a lawyer,businessman or judge such as a doctor. Don't expect any help from cornerboys or other latvhikos who go into public houses. Make sure your confidantes are people who you trust and when you have had a measure of success at your legal endeavour or some other undertaking,your real friends and others will flock to your funeral when you die. Keep your family at arm's length when you get older but give them as much of your money as you can if they have children and you don't.

If a lawyer or judge is unsure of certain facts in a difficult or long running case for ultimate decision making at his volition,he may send what is known as a court rapporteur.

That is not the case in Ireland because a judge is ultimately answerable to other legal headmen in a foreign country,namely Britain.

Here in the inquisitorial style,it is the person who is contemplating legal action against you who sends someone to strip you of family and social supports and deny you any comfort. Listen to that person often enough and he will give the game away,even telling you the plot ending. His taste is for drama and personal revenge for an imagined wrong not justice and law.

It is the police and prosecutors and those intent on denying the prisoner his release or the slaveholder who will not remit the captive's sentence who sends a court rapporteur to someone's door eventually or acts through a third party.

In a law,this is known as perverting the course of justice,attrition or Abbruch  (Germ.,abortion or sabotage of a legal action for restoration of rights or release from a bond).

How you will know someone has been poisoned with political, religious or sectarian hatred....and....

....by how they vote, anywhere in the world.

How you will know you are dealing with is a nut or neurotic...

You will know if someone is eating LSD in the form of magic mushrooms by the fact that they have a very sensitive nose. That is how most graduates consume drugs, particularly arts and biochemistry graduates.The psychological emendations of LSD should not be confused with cocaine. The outworkings of LSD consumption are "fits of giggles" whereas as police agencies,amateur philosophers and army doctors know,cocaine leads to paranoia...

Doctors lack any interest in people who take drugs voluntarily but in Northern Ireland  their knowledge and sensibilities are often stretched to incredulity by patients who have been arrested. They will have been poisoned by the legions of Escapists,drug dealers and those 'game for a laugh'.

Those people know even less about sound judgement than their opponents do. At the back of these legal proceedings stands an amateur politician or a medical naysayer or a journalistic doom-monger. They are in  equal measure hated and reviled by the Church-going public. Someone who is possessed of good sense never "gets ahead of" average matters, unlike a witless female psychiatrist who puts the litigant up to his antics.

A characterisation of political meddlers,some advice 

Join a democratic party not a cart-load of has-beens and never-weres such as the PBP, Solidarity or Communist Party. They are whingers and whiners who snipe from the sidelines. (If you do join them,you will inevitably end up in outright opposition to such groups and their frontmen. Those groups are fronts for foreign interests with the exception of Sinn Fein. Sinn Fein,too,has lost its sense of political direction because its leadership has its eyes too closely set on lining its own pockets).

We all....

 .....want to get on with one another but sometimes policemens'conduct,often arrogant and high-handed,makes this impossible. A death by misadventure in the family brings it home to you that their existence is no mischance and they are vitally necessary. The actions of some policemen do,however,give very serious cause for concern and I do not just mean whacko weirdo 'born-again' nutcases but Catholic policemen too.

Let the Chief Constable stop engaging in irresponsible posing with armed men and realise that,if I am not mistaken,the democratic basis of the Northern Ireland state disappeared years ago. Catholics are in the majority because of vastly superior moral guidance.

If police and their families do not want to feel the anger saturation policing and blanket policing create,let them examine cause and effect and,while maintaining a regular presence,go into areas only in response to a reported crime or incident.

BUT,above all, the police must STOP impeding the functioning of the courts and system of justice and interference with laws designed to protect the public...

A solicitor and a cherished aim or a false imperative directed at himself?

A solicitor who tells you,"I like to keep my cards very close to my chest" intends to sue you for unpaid fees and time-off to cope with emotional stress which,with fatuous certainty, he claims you have caused him. 

In actual fact,he isn't up to the job and is not suited to legal practice-he should never have been allowed to perform any task other than legal clerk-or he has settled out of court for less than the desired amount for quick payment since he has large unpaid bills and debt collectors are "about to break down his doors". He has "left you in the lurch to sort out your own mess". You will know that he has invested your money in non- performing investments or bankrupt firms by the fact that he will approach you in casual clothing wearing red. 

The dilemma with a legal under-achiever is to sue his insurer for failure to carry out your instructions or his failure to give adequate regard to important matters such as historical events, objective conditions or scientific or factual evidence. 

If he has failed to record key events while he was the custodian of your affairs,lost key records,not made proper notes or behaved in a manner which could be viewed as disreputable in any manner for a practising solicitor,not a law graduate simply,then his cause is lost because he will go to prison eventually,not as a visitor but as someone who has perverted the course of justice. A prisoner, therefore, whether he likes it or not.

....In these cases of misfeasance or malfeasance,it is usually a chronic gambler desperate for his next "gambling fix" who has insinuated himself into your or a friend's or parent's acquaintance.

Remember,both solicitor and claimant,no-one is above the law,not George Washington, Bill Clinton,G.W. Bush or anyone else.

He is no fool and if you condemn or insult him,he will take you to the cleaners and bankrupt you for unpaid fees. The task he is given is only a public task. He has no ability or calling to any trade or profession. He is often in fact a whiner and an obstacle to lawful behaviour and the delivery of a settlement be it legal or financial.

Politics plays very little role in regulation of the court system and in Northern Ireland, precious little in influence over our colonial police.

Many of us believe that we should have some of the police confined to barracks and reporting requirements every ten minutes for others either as individuals or collectively.

 We need a proper political structure for proper debate and sound legislation in Northern Ireland, something sadly absent here and in other European jurisdictions which aspire to be prosperous,law-governed states.

Police defiance of politicians and the laws of the land and the rules of civil government is open and blatant and crude here in our prison state. Police activities are designed to harass and annoy. They emulate the worst excesses of Nazi Germany.

The police recklessly and systematically challenge civil society rules and norms. They often defy the mores and customs of good governance of public affairs. The phenomenon requires tight restrictions on the disruptive activities and bizarre behaviour of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.

My bitter experience of policing and my suggestion learned from experience 

The key to the North's dilemma with roaming gangs of armed policemen is to draw their teeth,namely,take away their guns. According to the normal rules of civil society,people should not be threatened by these people or street combers in the pay of the Home Office and Ministry of Defence. In street scenes, deaf,dumb and blind kids are deployed by police,probation officers,special schools and civil society groups. These hapless innocents have been told they are taking part in a 'play'.

A 'play'?

A 'play' that ends in death or chronic, untreatable insanity as did Tommy O Brien's and Martin Cahill's parlour games on the public paths of Dublin in the 1990's.

 A "minor irritant"( Lenin)? 

No,a major public nuisance in the towns and cities such as Dublin. 

The 'appearance fee'?

 Approximately €5 in the South;in the North,£2.

The response?

Say,"Skat!" or,if you are a trade unionist, say,"Join Equity!".

Which counsels guide their activity?

The colonial legacy is secret courts system summoned by the Secretary of State and operated by judges in chambers in defiance of the Trials and Tribunals Act 1715, the cornerstone of public law.

For the many of us beset by the few acting on the orders of judges in secret courts ('Star Chambers'),those of us unaware of a para-judicial instance,we suffer not knowing accuser or charge.

Some important steps forward could be taken.

Firstly,let us arrest judges and false witnesses and question them as to their whereabouts at certain times.

Second,let us change the Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act 1976 regarding the legal duty to report that a crime has been committed and the requirement to report criminal acts or activity. 

Since the enactment of the Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act,we have steadily developed into a vigilantee society. 

The investigation of crime and TAKING REPORTS OF CRIME IS A POLICE ACTIVITY. The public apart from those immediately concerned should not be under any duty to assist the police.

 Let the police do their own job and stop suborning false witnesses before secret tribunals and courts.

End the coercion of the public.

Another enactment which is badly needed is a Registration of Foreign Agents Act.

Such an act would largely deal with Indian doctors dispatched to the South of England by the Home Office and Foreign and Commonwealth Office to police journalists, writers, artists, musicians and the intelligentsia. These tickertspe novelists soon leave the sunnier meadows of the South East for pastures afresh where their dissembling skills are most required,former mining areas and areas run by nationalist middlemen and hawkers of time expired 'fruit of the loom'.

In 1984-5 the US Government became involved in policing and recruiting child informers at Lissue Children's Hospital in the personage of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Patricia Sharkey was the agent handler and child psychologist in the lead role of family policing.

A Registration of Foreign Agents Act reconstructs our sovereignty and neutrality.

 Unless we expel foreign marauders,we can not claim to be an independent, unaligned country. It may seem like a retrograde step but we do not want to have our country reduced to the level of a filthy Asian colony of the US or run by Indians and Asians.

By signing the Agreement,you sold the overwhelming majority of your supporters down the river and allowed a brazen,lawless gang of Special Branch thugs, nursing dipsomaniacs and medical psychopaths to ride roughshod over Catholics. You held your supporters to ransom. Many of your delegated representatives left their supporters at the mercy of people who didn't give a fig leaf for them. Your agreement to differ offered up thousands of hostages to the British Establishment.

You were not alone in perpetrating this cruel hoax. You,Carron,Mc Guinness,Morrison and old Sinn Fein hens and the country squires listened to the voice of political opportunism coming from Blair. Blair was supported by siren maidens in the US such as Jean Kennedy Smith.

All your political representatives, Adams, have given information to the police about their political opponents and rivals. They learned that trick not from Bertie Ahern or Albert Reynolds or John Bruton but from the British and Irish opportunists who arrived with the US carpetbaggers to divide up 'the spoils of victory'. That victory was an illusion. Peace can only be ensured by British withdrawal and a process of decolonisation such as has to happen everywhere after long subjugation hy armed gangs such as the RUC/PSNI.

Fascism. Prolix mental breakdown in the judiciary.The paralysis of the mind in tribunal chairmen,the legal profession and implacable judges

 Laws and judgements are supposed to be "directly enforceable and directly applicable" but where does one find anything other than immobility by judges and legal functionaries and moral concupiscence with the oppressor in the legal profession?

It is another case of where arbitration and conciliation and judgement should be carried out free of charge by tribunal chairmen and judges. These roles should be positions of honour not power and reward by self-seeking idiots called Q. C.'s and hit-and-run drunken Orangemen. Two such fools who presided over Mental Health Review Tribunals in 2000 and 2006 in my instance were Long Neville Morrow and Long Bob Elliott.

When someone disowns you on a Saturday or Sunday, never have anything more to do with him. He will have you "hung" i.e. arrested or declared insolvent at the first opportunity.

Solicitors...judges and barristers....the study of law...judgements...

 Don't expect anything from a pig but a grunt is the general rule in a layman's dealings with lawyers. Most solicitors are "bluffers" and confidence tricksters who are imparting confidential information to the opposing party and,in criminal cases,to police. 

In many instances,a solicitor has not the slightest intention of following his client's instructions or trying to deal with a legal matter expeditiously and promptly.The independent observer says that he makes a mountain out of a molehill and instantly begins to bury himself in the labour of Sisyphus. The argument runs that this occurs without his client's permission to draw a potential litigant or civil claimant into a profitable,long-running legal case where the solicitor sets off "on a thing of his own".

Some solicitors and barristers resolve to betray their clients, firstly before the courts,and finally to humiliate the litigant by putting him into "action" without  preparation. Some solicitors are only marginally better than the medical psychopaths and police mischief-makers left over from the insurrection in Northern Ireland.

What is to be said of these lacklustre solicitors? 

All too often,they are a part of the problem complained of, not the solution. In Northern Ireland,the Freemasons amongst them are part of an elite. The judges are full of political hypocrisy. The latter exhibit  sectarian filth of the mind. Freemasons,their Catholic affiliates and understudies invariably " throw" a case against one of their own.

A contract for professional services?

The good news is that you can sue a solicitor,a solicitor with a clear conflict of duty and interest. You can also  sue for breach of trust or for misconduct in public office.

Solicitors have been found guilty of perverting the course of justice, fraud, undermining the rule of law and defeating the ends of justice by obstructing the execution of a court judgement and sundry other offences by disciplinary bodies in the Irish and English jurisdictions. These instances though well-known are rare. In human terms,we all make mistakes and legal action only comes up on the radar when admission to negligence comes too late.

Some advice...

Never vote for a legally-qualified politician such as Tony Blair or Keir Starmer (or any governing politician) who does not take proper guidance from constitutional lawyers before legislating for the public on public law.

A question of class?

By virtue of the legal profession's class interests,a solicitor or another legal practitioner is given towards betraying every single working class client to a social equal of similar professional standing.

Corruption in the legal process?

Those instances exist,too.

A corrupt lawyer will betray anyone who he opposes personally for a drink bought for him by a policeman while a senior police officer looks on from the bar....or he may betray someone for a favourable mention in a local newspaper and an opportunity to push his chest out in public....or,even for an opportunity to make himself look better than his client in public. 

This oneupmanship?

This feature of legal practice is something few honest people who earn their bread by the sweat of their brow are allowed to do. You will never hear that salient fact from the press with whom the judiciary and legal profession mix at the weekend.

Other prescient aspects of police jurisprudence in our troubled jurisdiction?

It is the police and doctors whose side most lawyers openly take in any court proceedings because lawyers are in fear of being taken into custody for drink-driving coming back from a golf club at the weekend late at night.

In soliloquem memoriam of my ill-fated action for lost earnings over a twenty-four year period....

It is in Ireland extremely rare to find an honest lawyer. When a youthful hothead or a seeker for truth does,he will immediately find him not only reassuring but calm,slow, tediously slow, meticulous and extremely cautious. 

The reason? 

Like the hothead or searcher for truth he has had to brave the sarcastic epithets of judges, policemen and journalists.

Going to law? Good cause? A case to answer?

Going to law is not to be taken lightly. Legal action must be the outcome of careful thought and reflection. In the North of Ireland,it should be a last resort because of interim police measures,widespread medical arrests and unlawful detentions.

 In Ireland,the seeker must run the gauntlet of interference from medical functionaries and RUC/PSNI thugs and hooligans. Many obstacles are put in place to justice by the murderous activities of these policemen and self-styled 'judges' in paramilitary gangs. Police and paramilitaries are like all those who mix with criminals full of envy, pride, malice,hatred,bitterness,spite and contempt.

The plague of paramilitary vigilantees and armed policemen swarming like vermin in North America and Europe in our post-industrial societies attracts the vigorous criticism of all sentient observers and impartial judges but never a clown like a whingeing, minor politician.

CONSULT A SOLICITOR when Sinn Fein gangsters and loyalist tramps solicit your support or accost you for money for worthy causes. In these situations only donate to prisoners of conscience,the sole political prisoners,the Catholic Church or a proper charity such as the Salvation Army or St. Vincent De Paul as much as you can reasonably afford. Do not be like the Shylocks and elders of the Law.

Judges may be nauseous bores with no manners,decency or respect for other people but they are left in the tuppenny place by media commentators,one-time journalists such as Eamann Mc Cann,book publishers and idle minds in public life.(It should be remembered that seditious rhetoric in a public place is a criminal offence.)

The best option for the layman who avoids law and lawyers? Alternatives to going to law?

Join a trade union if you desire peace of mind and don't be afraid to contact your branch official. Ignore the whingeing of trade union lay officials. Lay officials see themselves as key players but they  are only bit-part actors in any unfolding drama such as a strike for higher pay or better conditions . Note:Thatcher left large parts of the trade union movement as a clearing house for cheques from big business to quell dissent and prevent protest.

Trade union activity and political activism was the original purpose of a court judgement for any sort of private disorder or public nuisance.In 1906,"economic damage" was added to the list of causes for civil action (the Taff Vale case),a departure from reality which was not put right until 1913.

Remember! Remember! Learning the law,young student and some juvenile lessons for trainee lawyers...

A solicitor who undermines your credibility before a tribunal or in a court of law other than the High Court is as common as a bird on a ditch. But,and it is a big 'but',he may have no alternative if you are ill-tempered before a tribunal chairman (or he does not want to show his hand too early,frighten away key witnesses to medical or police misconduct or divulge privately-obtained information or sources). Furthermore,he may have to ask you to leave his office if there is a police witness in the vicinity.

The Golden Virtue ,and don't forget it,is Patience. You only learn patience from soldiering, reflection or long years of study and prayer.

Bad law? Bad lawyers?

Some bad lawyers seek power over people. Neither that type of lawyer nor he police have the slightest genuine concern for their clients and victims. Even less so do they follow legally-binding instructions or intervene to stop (British Army) noise measures causing their long-suffering victim a heart attack or stroke as is evidenced by the death of my sister. 

The only solution to British and Irish Army armed gangs,both of them and their families, banging doors into the early morning is to use force against them. 

No matter how hard the best of us have strived to bring peace,tolerance and respect,the die is cast against the post-Williamite settlement in Ireland. The spies and police and British Army goon squad must leave our shores.It is a question of  not if but who will let loose the dogs of war once again. That time is coming around again,ever so soon.

When you find it necessary to take a police force or health body to court,you will encounter many obstacles in your path.

These barriers to justice or,if you are a law student,earning a living are put there by someone you know personally,usually a family member or family-linked politician and political party or parties.

Many litigants see rival lawyers and judges as the uncooperative elements in court.

 Wrong!

 The problem is usually an unbalanced woman whose foibles of the mind are well-known and documented. We count people such as Carmel Rodgers,Diana Day-Cody and most psychiatric nurses in that group.

Most lawyers will put no obstacle to justice in anyone's path. Nor does the experienced judge who weighs facts and case-law carefully. It is a sign of a bad brief,one who always ridicules either a judge, judges or the legal system.

My misgivings..

In my experience no solicitors in illegal arrest,criminal libel and unlawful imprisonment instances take the direct route by writing to the Director of Public Prosecutions or Master of the High Court in those instances where there is an attempt by police and medical conspirators to pervert the course of justice by denying someone judicial relief.

This casual brutality and concupiscence with the police and doctors and opposing counsel denies interim relief. There is no such thing as arbitrary injustice-the problem is your solicitor's failure to put his reputation on the line or vouchsafe your good character and guarrantee 'best' behaviour,both of which he is free to do at any time in any court or tribunal.

An old legal aphorism...

"The truth will out.."

We say of Ol' Lady Law,law is part of a process in the style of the activities of the organisation set up in the Mansion House in 1913. It is a process and not an avenue to speedy justice. Almost every lawyer believes that the interests of justice are best pursued by firm and resolute other methods.

 We have had those other methods since Easter 1916 in Ireland.

A footnote.

An illusion  of a syncretic peace was pursued after 1998. The blood of the innocents such as my sister in February of this year has again been spilt by UDR thugs and murderers and their police-political cheerleaders in Lisnaskea RUC/PSNI Police Station and other police stations without let or hindrance from politicians or solicitors.

Female lawyers and down at heel graduates of the fairer sex?

Don't make me laugh!

Female judges? Miss Justice Denham in the South? The current incumbent as Lord Chief Justice in the North?

Only a society going dow the chutes would take seriously a female lawyer's claims to be "very good at her job" or "as good as any man in getting to grips with a complex matter or series of interrelated legal issues". That's nothing less than idiocy and cultural naivete,the old Irish balladeer's sobriquet that "the women are worse than the men".

Stick with one solicitor and never engage him in casual banter in the street or you will be regarded in everyone's eyes as a fool unless,of course,you have known him from earliest years and are on first name terms. Walls have ears, remember,when you are pleading basic human rights ,since "a thousand nets will be sprung to catch you" (James Joyce,1908).

A solicitor,a good solicitor is very good at the earliest stage at identifying the beneficiaries of medical crime and police incompetence in dealing with thugs like as hospital intendants and hooligans with stethoscopes around their necks. While he at a certain stage,appears to be proceeding blindly without guidance,a good solicitor does not barter personal pique for intelligent insight. He goes to the heart of the problem at an early stage in contested legal proceedings and,remember,most legal proceedings are uncontested.

He rarely goes against an organised body but more so a semi-political,criminal organisation such as a police force.

Medical hooliganism is something which we have inherited in Ireland from the days of empire.

In most civilised countries -we do not count Ireland or Germany or Russia as law-governed societies -the decaying, deserted , abandoned hospitals of medical terror networks ride on like ghosts in the night,doctor,orderly and inmate long forgotten and the main offenders against public morals and laws,the police,under tight judicial scrutiny.

It is hard for a nationalist not to be cautious of many of those called to the Bar and those involved in legal practice in Northern Ireland.

My considered few is that most of the Catholic and Protestant judges are despots, particularly the Castle Catholic type and the SDLP-type. The evidence is clear- many barristers have been involved in games of legal mischance,if not professional wrongdoing.

The Presbyterian brief is combative but he is a misguided philistine.

The Anglican and Jewish advocate are the archetypal Establishment legal practitioner who is often on the Bench in England but mutually loathed in Ireland by Catholic and Presbyterian litigant.

The Blair years saw the tearing up of all laws barring secret courts and corrupt tribunals.

Behind his saccharine coating,Blair was a brutal and barbaric tyrant who took away his victims' livelihood,prospects and legal rights. He was a failed Catholic agitator who could not tolerate criticism of his slash-and-burn version of deindustrialization politics.
