The internet

The internet is the outcome of empirio-scientific reasoning and the application of humanistic logic to difficult problems thrown up by Reason and the problems of science. It is my creation.

We encounter the incongruous,the distended,the shambolic representation,we find them all on the internet or 'the information  super- highway'. Che mira mira!

Most rational and educated people support free expression and they say that anyone who is against the internet and free expression is someone who wants political censorship and tight restrictions on social dissent.

The internet was set up in 1988 to link US nuclear command centres and will have cost the US Defence Department and the US Exchequer 3 trillion dollars when it powers out in 48 years time. Itemised and centralised data storage and retrieval, primarily for commercial and public services,is the main cause of US fiscal insolvency. That fact has led to the budget shenanigans in the Senate. I am referring to our rulers political strike.

The internet has already cost Britain its financial dominance.

China?

Doublespeak China doesn't have a claim to anything other than industrial piracy, imperialist exploitation and a watered-down version of media privacy. Its citizens broadcasts and internet literature are similar to those of the former Soviet Union,quixotic nonsense.

Will China be a behemoth of the information technology future?

China's industrial development is based on uneven and combined development and is governed by highly concentrated Western investment. Western capital is concentrated in the Asia-Pacific coastal regions. There are no real rights in intellectual property and there is no incentive to come up with anything new of a technical type,that is other than derivatives and adjuncts to old American and European designs. China's industrial model is based on a boutique economy. China and the Chinese are not a real innovator which could in the future be a hyper-techno-powerhouse.

Automatism? Autonomes?

There is no such thing as an autonomous machine or autonome even though that may be the appeal of the internet to the average individual. The internet interface is a trigonometric representation based on algorithms. Individual self-regulation and free speech law determine the relation of  consumer and vendor and master. A machine cannot think,therefore. Google is a commercial money-spinning operation,not a Terminator version or andromeda.

Let us examine the claims of techno-freaks whose head has been stuck in their Indian textbooks for the last forty years or more.....

Google social reportage and free-basing feedback and interactive technology does everything in its power not to be responsive or give a rational response in its set piece answers. It is not intelligent. Digital software programming is simply a dualist arrangement which mimics the human interaction. 

There is no danger of robots or artificial intelligence overcoming humankind. There is NO such thing as TRUE AUTO-GENERATING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. The people who talk that nonsense do not realise that only a human mind can give something mechanical or technical directions or determine its functions and responses. No amount of research can give a machine a thinking, innovative mind.

 Mark Zuckerberg is a businessman not a thinker and attempts to attribute creative intelligence to a businessman are laughable. 

Talk of thinking robots is even worse piffle than yakking birds such as Blair and Gore talking nonsense about millennial digital closedown.

American broadcasting and the internet have the potential to turn us all into autistic strangers to ourselves and others.

Why,so?

Because the accessing devices copy and mimic the writing  style,speech and intonation of the writer creating a replica of the author and user of the device. The accessing device learns from the person and can never master him or turn him into his agent or agents.

This process based on the identification of the individual web user repeats the learning experience of the pupil,scholar and former student.

The rise of the internet,not deindustrialization, is the main reason class-consciousness has dwindled to a pitiful few intellectuals in the Anglophone world. In other jurisdictions with the exception of the Netherlands,there is very little social adjustment which can be ascribed to multimedia because the mobile telephone is an Anglo-American invention although the first producers of a consumer Handy were the French. When I say that it is an Anglo-American invention,I intend that as an outgrowth of the popular culture and logical reasoning and technical expertise which I based it on. NASA may have helped but the main credit as inventors must be shared between myself and the French,me for the suggestions of free-basing computer interconnectivity and the French under the guidance of Mitterrand for bringing technical expertise to bear on what Martin Mc Guinness called The Project.

Artificial intelligence is a form of didactic reasoning. It is based on a programme or set of commands and it,in its simplest form,offers a multi choice tableaux of schema and options.

At its highest level,copycatting,it is just a form of mimicry and letter coding.

Prolixity of laws or proximity to decision making?

Before a law is passed in Ireland it has to be unanimously approved by the Council of State and remains cocooned like a boast in an oyster until that juncture. If it is not so approved,the President is morally and legally obliged to refer it to the Supreme Court to test its legality. The same is the case with the European Union.

In Britain we have a Spanish 'camarilla' or a plant with roots (not the police 'plant' who comes to your home to infer that you are the police source,not him). In Britain,the Privy Council is consulted by the head of state but the sovereign power has no power to approve or disapprove enactments or controvert regulations which infringe long-standing legal rights granted by the Constitution,a system which is built on checks and balances on those in positions of power. That is the role of the House of Lords Judicial Committee which can only strike down a law where a substantive breach of rights or obligations or pre-existing laws relating to the Constitution has taken place.

Accessing the system of courts and judicial tribunals is a legitimate interest of any member of the public but it meets with the solid opposition of the police. They act in consort with the middle class of doctor, solicitor and ordinary philistine such as the self-employed journalist and barrister and tax-dodging big farmer to defeat the ends of justice. Similarly with judicial inquiries.

Class interests find their shape in legal and medical and public interest (or police) privilege before the courts.

Knowing all the facts of life, Labour who are the only decent party of the English, began an ambitious plan of reform and far-reaching change at both the top and bottom of the legal process.

In opposition to Blair's comprehensive set of reforms,events and judicial changes, professional self-regulation by the medical  profession has almost entirely usurped the power of the courts to deliver timely and proper outcomes based on good law and informed thinking. Medical  privilege has set aside the proper sovereignty of parliament and abrogated all judicial precedent. A dead end has been reached requiring further legal change and profound reforms and positive change in electoral choices.

With hindsight and with the experience of having a case before the courts for over twenty five years,it has become transparently obvious to myself that the reforming element in politics has very little to show in terms of real progress.

....the Police Ombudsman and Crime Commissioner are a hindrance,not a help because they are administrative bodies and all administrative remedies must be exhausted in every single instance of alleged police misconduct before a case can proceed to  court. 

Greater hurdles are put in place by other interested parties such as J.P.'s, doctors and magistrates and politicians. Even doom-mongers such as Communists (and not forgetting similar eejits in tiny political groups such as the PBP,Socialist Party and Militant Left and Workers Party) erect obstacles to the giving of evidence before a court of law. 

I say,there are countless obstacles to putting doctors and police in prison for criminal offences and criminal defamation, not forgetting the habitual practice of medical manslaughter and hospital thuggery. (All doctors kill,sooner or later).

 Go to a solicitor at the earliest opportunity when police harassment, public nuisance and medical intimidation become features of life for you.

Talking to psychopaths

Nobody knows better than a criminal that he has committed a crime. Don't be fooled by the thin patina of normality drawn over police-medical conspiracies. Most in Northern Ireland and Europe are involved openly in preparations for crime with a view to getting their hands on what does not belong to them. They have the active assistance of their friends in the clergy and business. All will fight tooth-and-nail to hold on to the proceeds of gambling with their lives,not to mention their families' lives. Vengeance can be a lot swifter than a court of law.

Resort to civil and criminal litigation

The only permanent guarantee of rights is a court of law. Someone who thinks that a British Prime Minister or English politician is serious about human rights and justice is rightly the target of open mockery and loud derision in Catholic Ireland. GAELS OF LAUGHTER,in fact!

Irish separatists,no matter how low their IQ or meagre their schooling,get the principal feature of imperialism right.

Such reproof opens English people and the idle wasters who they attract in the anti-imperialist camp up to ridicule when they pontificate from high stools about the Soviet Union and "ultra leftists". Read the rabid prose in their publications for proof of that simple fact.

Political meddling in the NHS

What are the Policing Board for Northern Ireland and the Stormont Assembly Health Committee other than facades whose personnel's political leanings must be carefully scrutinized from a safe distance?

The supervision and parliamentary efforts of "I'll have another one, barman, before I drive home" Gildernew and the hen party which has taken over the scrutiny of the PSNI are for window-dressing purposes only. 

All part,I am sad to say,of the crumbling facade of the Good Friday Agreement.

That political facade cost my sister her life. Former police reservists,UDR thugs and local hooligans killed her to satisfy their appetite for revenge.

Note also the distressed young women in the Police Ombudsman's Office and their appetite for big cars and expensive apartments. They and the guttersnipes in the police are paid well for closing complaints against British Army murder gangs.

All the Western world led by the governments of the UK,France and Germany live behind facades erected by PR stuntmen of this sort although,in Britain, administrative measures are of recent origin.

The scandals of police gangsterism revealed by the Police Ombudsman have served to expose the corruption and ineptitude of the Northern Ireland Police Authority fronted up by Phyllis Bateson (MI 5 / Sinn Fein) in the 1980's.

 Miss Bateson was pushed into the frontline by the Faculty of Law at Queen's. The Catholic Church hierarchy was left in the dark about police activities. In effect police murder gangs choose their own invigilators under the guidance of MI 5 and the legal profession. The Catholic clergy don't raise a whimper.

What must also be noted are the hurdles which everywhere remain for those workers children who have shown genuine merit at primary and secondary level or at university. Those hurdles are put in place by university authorities and politicians. The latter are in turn paralysed with inertia and fear by CIA/British Military Intelligence liaison types such as Owen Greaney and Brian Gerard Mc Cartney (7 Ardmore Avenue, Hollywood,Co. Down).

Female legal wannabes and young legal bucks out to be the "next Keir Starmer"

Don't make me laugh! Stooges of police government, a paralysed judiciary and a Northern-based legal profession which has lost the plot!

Nationalist rags flatter and deceive in equal measure because one facet pleases and the other facet of these tawdry publications disarms the reader before the Court of Reason and Good Sense.

In Ireland ,a political false trader......

...such as a Communist or revolutionary socialist or Provo agitator will find it hard to contain his hatred of yourself when he is amongst his real friends. They have created and built nothing in this country. Their plans exist only on paper.He knows who his friends are and when it is safe to attack. In Ireland that is some tiny group which comprises no more than ten or twelve people offering the "three steps to heaven".

If a politician insults you in public,that is his true voice like the rising falsetto of a Thatcherite scream. He values only his public image. That is why he is drawn to public life and human intercourse.

A politician only cares about his public image and his standing in the community. If a leftist guru insults you in front of his soulmates,it is because he finds you an obstacle to his ascent to power. If he is an Irish revolutionary socialist or Provo type or armed man,he equates a great man with a litterateur. 

If you are treated in this fashion by a politician or other person or a Provo,turn your face against him or her and have nothing more to do with him. His mien is a sign that he fears rejection at the polls. 

Alternatively,his or her career before the electorate may have run its course and new contenders have emerged to hoodwink, cajole and mislead the public on behalf of revolutionary causes. The portents can be read easily by cognoscenti. 

Politics are in Ireland extensions of the art of subterfuge and contrarian thinking, political upset and revolutionary thinking.

Going to law against doctors,nurses,social workers and police......

 The courts are not best suited for a contest between a litigant claiming the malice or negligence of a doctor since on many occasions, reference must be given to trial and error procedures. Those procedures may or may not work and are viewed as professional matters involving all forms of uncertainties and loose leads.

However, because of the presence of an aggressive, sectarian,politicised police force and medicine women governed solely by their tides and issues linked to the female menopause and post-menopausal condition and arrant upper class ill-temperedness, many lawyers have let loose a string of accusations and suits from their offices against clear and definite errors of judgement.

In the North of Ireland,the key appointments of hospital psychiatrists is at the disposal of the Secretary of State and the Head of the N.I.O. Secretariat, Jonathan Powell a position held during the NHS-PSNI-MI 5 Terror by Jonathan Cain.

When you go to law against an Indian ju-ju merchant and Establishment shrink and overpaid doctor for violent misconduct,for poisoning and for casual libel and for serial defamation by a coven of MI 5 witches and other prostitutes and for abuse of power and against the police for acting ultra vires,you must be prepared for a helter skelter of abuse, physical and verbal.

By who?

Cult members such as psychiatrists and their able helpers, members of the Orange Order, the sporting set and Freemasons in the police.

 You will receive precious little assistance from anyone in the trade unions and political occupations. These days because you cannot expect tangible support from even trades unions,you can not avoid arbitrary injustice. The causes are the collapse of social democracy and the legacy of Blair's elective dictatorship. Blair's tenure in office marked Britain's swansong as a modern power able to field an inventory of proper laws, armies, military tactics,men and materials.

Going to law for justice,then?

One word of warning. As my solicitor perceived on 17 September 1999,you must be prepared to go THE WHOLE WAY. After the resolution of civil matters, you should be prepared to give evidence before a criminal court.

Why? 

In prevalent conditions,to have all the THUGS connected to the RUC/PSNI/NHS and British Army and SAS locked up in prison.

 Courts and prisons exist to DETER CRIMINALS such as Cody,Davidson, Manley, Rogers,Mc Cartney,Mc Grath,Mc Curry, Flanagan,Anderson, Maguire,O Neill and Sharkey,not to reform anyone but to prevent those types of people causing death and serious injury.

Lengthy court proceedings?

When you are on the cusp of success against the circus of fools known as doctors and police,you will meet your solicitor in a church where,try as he might,he cannot conceal a look of glee at a successful outcome which he has received advance notice of from a sympathetic court clerk or upright judge. That high-up or low-down informant may be of a different philosophical leaning to himself and your barrister. He is invariably a man who sees it as his fundamental role to uphold the rights of the individual and concerned citizen against oppression, violence and threats of indefinite imprisonment. 

After this pre-emptive judgement,your main opponent will most certainly appear with a crestfallen appearance. His or her 'cover' has been blown and he has had to sell his house and property which he acquired through dishonesty and insider trading to meet his legal costs. That individual is the main orchestrator of the street terror which threatens to immolate you. He is the kingpin who dispatches spies to report back on your every remark. He answers to the police and judicial authorities. He is a heart a naif who fails to realise that,once set in motion,the wheels of justice cannot be turned back.

Whatever a solicitor might say in advance of judgement,he has a good knowledge of the likely outcome. A solicitor though guided by the system of justice-that system is governed by the rules of legal practice-is a creature of instinct who tackles even the wildest beast. 

Choosing his clientele well,he has a nose for a good reputation and a first class knowledge of even the sternest,most uncompromising litigant's strong points and foibles. A good solicitor is well used to dealing with petty bickering and adversarial flights of fancy, particularly those of a litigant despairing of a successful outcome.

Suing psychiatrists

When you take a doctor or Crown witness-I am thinking of Eaman Corrigan or Paul Hughes- to law for libel,the main culprit will have stayed in the background. He is a clergyman, businessman or advocate of 'free' living with no real insights or personal experience or knowledge of any subject other than religion,moneymaking or criminology. That person acts alone without a proper sense of Reason. He sees not- he has not read the Book of Hebrews or the Book of Revelations -the inexorable advance of his ruination in the person of a well-chosen lawyer,a responsible advocate and in the entreaties of a learned,mature and experienced judge the fatal embrace of his immortal destiny. That binding decision seals his fate. It is manifested in a legal judgement against his profiteering, illegal activities, priestly games and delusionary  foibles. Law casts aside his net of intrigue.  His degrace was always a foregone conclusion, be he prince or pauper. In the legal finale when he is compelled to give evidence,he falters. Then,his pride and arrogance are revealed. Under pressure to account rationally for serious crimes and arrant mischief on his part,his memory fails him. Eventually either mind or body collapse under the weight of legal contradictions and his inner demons- he always held unreal perspectives with no basis in fact- consume him and he is shown up as a fool. 

That clergyman,social worker or lay advocate had entirely unrealistic expectations of himself and others. His god was money and his aim was fallible, 'death or glory'. The problem he saw in his legal opponent and the fatal embrace of judgement are in actuality his own well-known problem,a personal perspective and an unrealistic mindset and idiosyncratic, out-of-date views.

While your solicitor has his eyes firmly fixed on his quarry,his reports may be either sketchy or in outline. He may elucidate the gist of his court pleadings,legal heads of claim or rehash well-known principles of civil and procedural justice and the odd revealing insight which reveals the true professional cunning,the burning loathing of a particular category and class of person and a bright desire to see justice done whatever might be the cost to him or his client.

When victory is in sight and he has smelt the blood of a mortally wounded opponent,he will not be able to conceal his pleasure and contempt for the defendant and will ridicule those "worthies" who thought they could hoodwink a judge and distract a lawyer. They do so with the aim of allowing a lawbreaker to escape, allowing him the fleeting pleasure of his "trivial pursuits".Very few lawyers fall for pub-talk or the small talk of these "rambling boys of pleasure".

Seeing the course through to its bitter end as we are all inclined to do- Ol' Lady Law is a Slow Learner and a Harsh Mistress-requires that," When going to Law,we do not change horses in mid-stream, particularly when we have acquired through circumstance or political engagement many Fair Weather Friends and a coterie of female admirers anxious to dig deep into our pockets without ever having exerted themselves on our behalf or engaged openly at the court level as witnesses or been involved in any trade or profession apart from pettyfogging and parlour games".

 The latter's idea of armed and mortal combat is hatpins at dawn,a game of consanguineous marbles or rhetorical skittles, idle street-jiving or dating invitations. The male thug and shit stirrer,those such as Ronnie Drew and folksters might sing about "a digging match and a fight" and Leninists and socialist agitators and wreckers carp on about "political exposures"," investigative journalism" and "police exposures" but the courts adjudicate on legal matters not corner-boys with concealed knives.

As a proper melody has it,the alternative to law is war and thuggery. Ditto,those random acts of violence which are idolised by insurgents and their fellow travellers. Behind the law stands force,armed force and a gun which "banishes fear with the speed of a flame".

 In drunken reminiscing,rebels are recreating Luke Kelly's death from inhaling his own vomit. Our Northerners belated response to ballad groups and rebel songsters is, "Accidents will happen even to heroes such as he" (Pete St. John, Smith of Bristol).

If you go to law against a doctor or other medical practitioner,do not allow yourself to be drawn into a legal battle against your solicitor,too. That is known as double jeopardy because you will be hit with all sorts of legal arguments and quixotic arrangements.

Profoundly disturbing-policing and medicine in Northern Ireland

As someone who spoke out in good time against a prolongation of conflict in the North of Ireland and did his best to bring it to an end,I must ask again whether the subsequent brutality and barbarism levelled at members of the voting public by doctors and police in Northern Ireland is related to creeping political authoritarianism,most specifically during Blair's reign of death and terror. When this measure of violence and injustice is perpetrated in the name of curative medicine,the whole structure of modern society since the foundation of the NHS must be subjected to very searching scrutiny. 

As far as I know,the police stop robbery and many of them take very seriously drugs-dealing and violence but do they have a blind spot as regards premeditated medical cruelty and instances of mayhem in the North of Ireland caused by NHS vigilantees?

There is no proper means of investigation into the police or the NHS. It is clear to me that the police and doctors are collaborating on marching society to ruin as Hitler and Stalin did in their respective countries.

One thing can be said for the condemned man or a 'half-hung' type of man i.e. someone whose name has been mentioned in a divorce or contested will legal case,he will eventually tell the truth.

Before he had me interned in a psychiatric hospital,O Riordain made his 'speech from the dock' (Cam is casta',23 December 1991,public house on corner of Upper Clanbrassil Street /South Circular Road). 

(I had seen the picture of him campaigning on his soap-box for the residents of St Teresa's Gardens in back numbers of the Irish Socialist at the National Library and knew that it was him who,in association with Mike Mc Gwire of the Central Intelligence Agency,had tried to have me killed. Hayes of the Irish Military Intelligence outfit was also involved. Hayes lives in Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown area in a modern, well-appointed townhouse).

O Riordain and Mc Gwire were responsible for the campaign of sleep deprivation and poisoning of the water supply of my dwelling at 358 Saint Teresa's Gardens. They were in the position to poison and terrorise me by virtue of their involvement with British Military Intelligence.

How does British and US state terror operate in cases of dissent?

Firstly,to the unwary,it must be pointed out that the US State Department talks of highly -leveraged operations. By that they mean espionage dependent on the goodwill of doctors,churches and lawyers and those with power over their victims.

 Cahill,Kelly,Quinn and the rest of the Sinn Fein street-crawlers and late night GAA brawlers are vigilantees recruited from the dole queue,public houses and gambling establishments by publicans,Irish Army agents and bookie clerks.

In Northern Ireland Gerry Adams and Martin Mc Guinness did so too around  Pearse and insurrectionists long after Stalin slipped off his mortal coil and his legacy rejected by his countrymen.

The USA today

America has some very gifted technical thinkers,good inventors and fine mathematicians but its so-called culture, music and verse is for the greater part mere doggerel,Nonsuch like that from the pen of Lear and Longfellow.

The American showman writer and scriptwriter is someone forever searching but never finding. He is all-at-sea with philosophical conundrums and a lot of the problems life throws up in social terms. He is like the Englishman and Irishman abroad.

The American drama inevitably is a gorefest,the work of violent and disturbed playwrights or faggots and the Irish Amatur Drama Society is beholden to American playwrights and players of the 1950's.

The I.A.D.S. acts under the supervision of soldier,Garda and saint in the preparation of street dramas. Because these often deploy the lumpen proletariat and criminal class,the violence characatured by the 'players' often boils over into real violence against the foils of the police dramatists.

Today the Provos staff the numbers of street crawlers,their revolutionary days long past.

 Both Gall and Gael at home are much clearer technical thinkers. They can sum up complex problems more succinctly than the German and American and that 'covers up for a multitude of deficiencies of intellect and technical ability '.

The Tyrone and Fermanagh Regional Intelligence Centre

The offal of society mann and direct our local puzzle palace. They are native and foreign psychiatric intendants, the judiciary,the legal profession and their hangers-on in local politics. Many of them received a second salary from the Secret Service and all of them have pinned down elderly and vulnerable people and killed them. I refer in the case of Frank Quinn to Brendan Mc Namee (Loughmacrory/Beragh), Eamann Mc Namee (Emyvale/Dromore), Vincent Maguire (Dublin Road,Omagh) and Eugene Mc Cullough (Greencastle).

The specimens of dung well known to intelligent people and Catholic graduates in West Tyrone and Fermanagh are the 'care assistants' based in the Tyrone and Fermanagh Psychiatric Hospital in Omagh. 

This police gang was recruited by the Northern Ireland Office and it consists of undercover SAS,British Military Intelligence, RUC/PSNI members and roaming gangs of undercover Gardai from Ballyshannon, Coalisland and Enniskillen. The thugs operate in association with the FBI locally to run the network of secret prisons which was established by the British and Irish governments in Northern Ireland and the Border Counties in 1974-1976. 

Under the rubric of the GFA,Adams and Mc Guinness agreed to ease civil protections for their constituents when they didn't fall into line with the brutal and barbaric dictates coming from Westminster and Washington. Those Provo politicians called the extra-judicial measures "confidence-building measures" and "reciprocal arrangements". The politicians salaries and the second salaries of the thugs and hooligans who staffed these holding centres were coming from Britain and America.

Recent experience teaches us to be suspicious of  nationalist politicians and trade unionists who call for more spending on health and psychiatry in Northern Ireland. Those people are best regarded as agents of imperialism. (The NHS is ultimately paid for by government taxation, arms exports from Britain and the financial swindling which is a way of life for millions in England and Britain and for all the employees in the City of London).

This is one thing Eoin O Murchu put me wise to about the British Labour Party in January 1989.

HOOLIGANS think that they have a licence to attack and brutalise the political suspects who are brought to a psychiatric hospital. Their victims are 'set up' by the people referred to by London dockers in the 1889 strike as "dogs and scabs". These consist of a plethora of civil society advocates and their female MI 5 agents,people such as Brigid Napier,Jenny Mc Curry,Kathy May,Patricia Sharkey and Elizabeth O Reilly.

Trivial pursuits 

Psychiatrists talk about "work". They have never worked at any meaningful occupation or lifted anything heavier than a pen. Journalists,unemployable politicians and gombeen lawyers give these hangmen moral support.

It was noticeable during my last sojourn in the T&F between 28 October 2015 and 13 February 2016 that there were very few,if any, political inmates.

The situation seems to have improved for the better in terms of unlawful detentions and arbitrary police measures. The senior and more experienced staff seem to have been on The Big Easy. That stay was, however, when I was subjected to  a particularly brutal attack by eight thugs in nurses' uniform acting under the supervision of Nuala Mc Aleer and the undercover British Army coordinator,Dee Ray (Queen Alexandra Nursing Corps, Portsmouth/Omagh).

The only possible conclusion?

It is too late to correct the course of public medicine in Northern Ireland.We must think of something else.The harm has been done to hundreds of thousands of lives by the NHS. 

Psychiatry is the main cause of premature death in the Western world and the main driver of forced unemployment. Even doctors accept that fact (British Medical Journal,March 2015).

The NHS? The violence in our psychiatric hospitals?

Enough of Nye Bevan's patent remedies. A good idea in its time but now in need of FUNDAMENTAL REFORM. 

How to begin?

Let us begin by listening to maligned and brutalised patients. I speak as someone whose life was also saved by general medicine in the NHS but nearly taken many times more by medical psychopaths.

Vigilantees and the threat they pose to civil rights and human freedoms

The bizarre rigmarole of Provo politicians and the loquacious nonsense which originates in public houses and drinking clubs pushes semi-criminals and those associated with them into the role of vigilantees.

The connection of paramilitaries and vigilantees to the policing organism is published to the press eventually. That link is concealed at the time when vigilantees are called out onto the streets by nationalist and unionist politicians.

In Northern Ireland the vigilantee spirit is manifested in the Neighbourhood Watch. The impartial  observer sees vigilanteeism in the behaviour of those connected to public services, hospital care. This spirit is proclaimed as the "spirit of resistance" by old hands at street crawling. In Belfast in the early 1970's it took the form of the street antics of former British soldiers dredged up from the gutter by nationalists.

Vigilantees were allowed into Sinn Fein to intimidate their neighbours and junk out rival groups and organisations. Vigilantees even set themselves up in opposition to those to whom they had simply taken a strong dislike,for no good or valid reason. Sensible, well-balanced people shun vigilantees and those from whom they extort. Eventually change comes and Sinn Fein and loyalists dispense with the services of the corner-boys. 

The alternative? The State?

The bandwagon of reaction rolls forward unhindered in the police and state media in Northern Ireland.

Is it too much to expect an intelligent response from police 'targets' on the periphery of Provo vigilanteeism?

Broadly speaking,it is impossible. Sinn Fein's electorate are educational under-performers and born idlers.

Is there an "educated element" in republican resistance to colonialism?

Yes,but the patina of respectability given to  corner-boys, alcoholics and drug addicts by a handful of educated people conspires to make the revolutionary-democratic and democratic public ignore the nature of Sinn Fein's core supporters. The foremost proponents of revolution and the cause of freedom are bar-room bards and country philosophers.

The bearing of those who would challenge this facade? 

Revolutionary socialists in this country- read their publications,if you doubt me-are lost in the nineteenth century and do not view objective facts clearly. They fail to see that crime gives birth to the expressions of vigilanteeism.

In the interests of harmony many in civil society want to steer a middle course and say a big No-No to intervening on party-political issues or coming down on one side or the other.

My interest in what I called community or cooperative civic arrangements originates in the summer of 1984 when I counselled such arrangements to Alex Maskey to deal with the joyriding problem in West Belfast.

In the Winter of 1984-5,I studied attempts by community volunteers to deal with what the Germans call the Crash-kids. I made a thorough study and found their activities to be quite successful but of  temporary affect. It is easy to mock genuine and sincere people who get caught up in the tentacles of paramilitary activities but I  found most of those who turned out on those dark, cold, wet nights in Lenadoon in the mid-eighties to be reviled by young people on the margins of society. In addition,they enjoyed no understanding from the very police force set up to protect the public. The police were acting under the orders of  the Northern Ireland Office to dissuade this activity notably Dr Paul Ingram of QUB Law Faculty.

Modern times

It would be an egregious error to associate vigilantees with Sinn Fein alone or exclusively on the unionist side with the D.U.P. 

A social void has been created when vigilantees appear. 

Crook and vigilantee alike will cite little interest in politics or politicians as I found out in Saint Teresa's Gardens, Dublin 8 when I lived there from December 1989 to April 1992. Back then, I was the meat in the sandwich between drugs gangs and vigilantees.

My only friends were women on the margins of society,public housing tenants and the unemployed. 

The vigilàntees did not vote in the Dail election of 1992. I voted for Eric Byrne of the Labour Party,the only public representative in Dublin Central worth his keep in the Dail.

The only reason vigilantees should be mobilised is where public safety is at risk. The only 'talking part' given to him should be to alert the police to armed gangs.

Talk to the Christian Jews therefore about  these Trojan horses in Ireland. (This politics-besotted nation is full of offshoots of the Irish Army, British Army and police and Gardai).

Who are the agents of the United States government?

The US police and intelligence bodies recruit mentally unstable women and male psychopaths for deployment abroad.

In many countries there are a retinue of police agents and informers to hand in the medical and legal profession and judiciary. We think of Diana Day-Cody,Brian Mc Cartney and the populations of India and the European Continent,many of whom will betray someone for the price of a pint of beer or a meal in an cheap restaurant.

MI5, MI6, the police and the criminal classes. Un éclat de lume

MI5, it must be said to the uninitiated,have no track record of assassinating anyone while MI6 used to do this as a matter of course ( by covert means). Sinn Fein and the Provisionals have demonised MI5 with scare stories that have no basis in fact or reality.

MI5, to deal with the nub of the matter first in relation to the recent problems in Ireland, do maintain links with the criminal classes but do so only on a basis strictly controlled and monitored by the police. 

The police for their part do minor favours for those they have evidence against in return for information. The legitimacy of civil policing must be respected when there is violence against the 5'8". Those of us who associate, or have associated, with gunmen must mend our ways and tell the truth.

A phantasmagoria of conflicting information grew up in the 1980s in the North of Ireland after MI5 provided a listening device to the RUC police-militia for the hayshed killings near Lurgan. Bad advice was given to republican militants on the basis of intelligent but ultimately fallacious assumptions that MI5 were a major player in the counter-insurgency drive.

MI6 have long been associated with criminal acts and political destabilisation using drugs  such as heroin outside the UK. For example, through Dutch market traders they supply drugs gangs in the Republic of Ireland. Their other weapons in the South are their colonial  servants,Irish Army,Garda detective units and private security firms such as G4S and ADT.

Invariably in Northern Ireland,they end up being managed by the political front for espionage,the Department of Health's Community Mental Health Teams. Therein lies the locus of their handlers.

In 1989- 1990, I devised a Programme of Irish Socialists which I circulated to over a hundred trade unionists, unemployed groups, tenants groups, residents groups and politicians. In 1995 this plan became the National Development Plan after fourteen and a half million Irish pounds had changed hands between the brother of the General Secretary of the Labour Party,Ruairi Quinn, and Guinness Mahon Bankers.

Judge for yourself from what I recall from the contents of this plan as to who is responsible, as principal, for the transformation of the South.

The plan was on one page as follows:

 1: Transport. Motorways between Dublin and Waterford, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Sligo, Derry and Belfast. A tramway for Dublin. Electrification of the railways.Extension of the Dart to all suburbs in Dublin.Construction of an Undergound to link Connolly ,Heuston and Pearse Street Street Railway Stations.

 2: Health. Public health insurance.

3: Education. Free university education. Democratic control of primary and secondary schools.

4.: Housing. Demolition of all slums and construction of family houses.

5: Communities. Libraries, sports centres, leisure centres,town libraries,local arts centres and community halls. Olympic stadium .

6: Dublin Pedestrianisation of streets with O’Connell  Street turned into a concourse for public meetings .

7: Taxation .A progressive income tax.

8: Defence. Compulsory military service

9: The North. Irish Unity and decriminalization of the IRA.

10: Irish language. Irish language TV station.

11: Fiscal matters. Repudiation of the National Debt.
12: Nationalisation of the means of distribution, production and exchange.
13: Agriculture. Keeping as many people on the land as possible.
14: A new Constitution.

Ruairi Quinn is still the prisoner of these ideas in the field of education as is is Adams as regards the National Debt.

Rosemary Nelson was described by “Paul Ingram” a Parachute Regiment private (1980) made good as “a terrorist”. Ingram’s real name is Ian Hirst and he claims to have left Military Intelligence. He lives in Carrick on Suir.

I believe that Rosemary Nelson’s killers can be discovered by semiotics. The Army orphans believe Marx’s nostrum that “The same is the opposite”. A Terry Jackson from Portadown was involved in the UVF killings in Monaghan and Dublin in 1974. Therefore if we are looking for the killers of Rosemary Nelson his initials are key according the U.S CIA way of looking at things. We are therefore looking for as a primary culprit a J.T.

J.T, A British Army captain with Sandhurst training after an undistinguished High School career later Portora, is based at Military Intelligence H.Q in Portadown. He adopted an aggressive violent posture with me when I was involved with republican militancy. He left his house with a SLR rifle cradled in his arms in 1983 when I was walking past. He is originally from Lisnaskea. He has been based in UDR/RIR barracks for many years.

Another hate figure was a Protestant census collector who Martin McGuinness described as a “legitimate target”. Joanne Mathers was killed by the INLA in 1981 with an IRA weapon. In the eyes of the Marxist INLA, we are therefore looking for an M.J.

I believe this INLA terrorist-originally from Derry- has now come into some money and lives in Lewisham, London, a haven for left extremists.

Hung on Sinn Fein shops, this is a sterling message to those young militants who took up arms against the state in the 1970s and 1980s.

From distant recall, the British Operations Handbook which I handed over to Pat Doherty’s nominees, "Jim" (Derry) and Raymond Smith (Ballyboden,Rathfarnham,Dublin), contained the following political directions at the beginning before I moved on to the detail of what I called the Peace Process by way of forcing the English to a sincere negotiating position in Ireland by bombing Thatcher’s financial backers in the 1987 election.

My instructions for what I termed a "peace process" was inspired by the glasnost revolution of the social democratic leader Mikhail Gorbachev. They were

1.     reconciliation with unionists and a return to Stormont

2.     taking seats in Stormont as part of a power sharing arrangement

3.     the end of the armed struggle  and eventual destruction of arms and dissolution of the IRA when there was real progress on funding

4.     recognition of the southern parliament (1983)

Taken together these formed the leitmotiv of a movement which reached fulfilment in 1998.

As a secret leader in those days, I can take the responsibility for the positive developments in republicanism but abhor their subservience in our times to MI 5 monitors in their ranks as part of “confidence building measures” (Adams) and “reciprocal arrangements” (McGuinness).

Secret courts in Northern Ireland. A Note (2011)

Secret courts organized by the policemen, doctors and legal worthies operate in Northern Ireland. Evidence is given by informers and double agents with the aim of creating a system of extra-judicial measures including executions and secret prisons. The courts comprise Anglican clergymen, detectives and Masonic judges .The effect of their decisions is to deny access to legal remedies, incarcerate suspects without trial, deny employment and introduce professional bans.

In Antrim this secret court is known as the County Antrim Grand Jury. It awards bursaries for research into constitutional law and takes submissions from detectives.(Update:In March 2013 Chief Constable Matt Baggott  talked of introducing Star Chambers).In 1983 (September) I was sentenced to a thirty year loss of rights to freedom from unlawful arrest and "reduced to the ranks" i.e. a life of unpaid employment by order of Leon Brittain. His sole witness was a penniless barrister and kept man, Brian Gerard Mc Cartney,a Belfast IRA/RUC thug and murderer.

The existence of secret tribunals is a clear attempt to undermine the rule of law and pervert the course of justice.

It is always,on every occasion,undertaken with the approval or consent of the accused's legal representative or appointed attorney.

Prohibited by the Trials and Conspiracies Act of the eighteenth century,secret tribunals made their reappearance in the 1970's in Northern Ireland with the semi-judicial hearings on further periods of detention for those imprisoned without a trial. Therefore,we say with certainty,a judge who delays or hinders access to justice,I am thinking of Casey, Miller and Elliott in my instance,is a dog who is being blackmailed by the answering party or parties. In my instance they were the health authorities and the police.

The rise and revival of Catholic jurisprudence, beginning in the 1940's,is at the root of legal concupiscence with the oppressor, invariably put up to his antics in court by a drunken clergyman.

In March 1985 evidence at one of these drumhead court martials was given by Father Joe Mc Veigh,Canon John Mc Elroy, Fr Ambrose Mc Cauley,Fr Brendan Flood and Father Peter Mc Kenna.
