Doublespeak China doesn't have a claim to anything other than industrial piracy, imperialist exploitation and a watered-down version of media privacy. Its citizens broadcasts and internet literature are similar to those of the former Soviet Union,quixotic nonsense.

China's industrial development is based on uneven and combined development and is governed by highly concentrated Western investment. Western capital is concentrated in the Asia-Pacific coastal regions. There is no danger of robots or artificial intelligence overcoming humankind. There is NO such thing as TRUE AUTO-GENERATING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. The people who talk that nonsense do not realise that only a human mind can give something mechanical or technical directions or determine its functions and responses. No amount of research can give a machine a thinking, innovative mind.

 Mark Zuckerberg is a businessman not a thinker and attempts to attribute creative intelligence to a businessman are laughable.

Before a law is passed in Ireland it has to be unanimously approved by the Council of State and remains cocooned like a boast in an oyster until that juncture. A call for the re-examination of the standard of degrees awarded by the self-perpetuating elite at Queen's University,Belfast

 In my judgement and contemporary experience bears this out, Queen's University deliberately humiliated and systematically degraded generations of Catholic working class students and destroyed their lives, depriving them of their cherished career choices.

I am thinking of wordy buffoons such as Barry Malcolm,Colin Campbell,Herby Wallace,Brian Childs and Brice Dickson. As for the female tutors in my university years,they hadn't a clue about what they were talking. They were playing silly games to curry favour with university authorities and the unionist politicians at whose initiative their posts were awarded.

My studied observation is what it was then. In controversial fields,the unionist bimbos and Castle Catholics were given preferential treatment. I am thinking in particular of people in my echelon such as Rafferty,Walsh, Doran and Larkin.

The record is clear. It could not be clearer. The dunces and know-nothin's with no glowing academic records before their admission to the Law Faculty were given 'top marks' for bland ignorance of their chosen field. Call-girls graduated with superior 'qualifications'.

With hindsight,my concerns are somewhat frivolous. Times have moved on. Pro- British Interlopers and wall-flowers who discriminated on political,social,religious and national grounds must go in the next couple of years and leave our shores. Queen's University represented an evil cradling for Ulster Unionism. That way of life was based on high expectations for Catholics and,for me,negligible outcomes, attrition and entrapment in pseudo-gang activities played out by pawns of the Southern Government such as Aidan Donaldson and Paddy Mc Dermott and Michael Farrell and sundry others on the Irish Secret Service list of paid agents in the North.

Queen's degrees are not very highly regarded outside Northern Ireland because the lecturers are all Protestant. They are told by their superiors to mark down the astute and gifted because it is a clash of opposites. The best students are Catholics not those scoring high marks. All top lecturers receive money from the police for information and the police are particularly interested in humiliating Catholic students. An educated person is the only person who can get the better of a policeman unless he is a medical student. The latter are brought up to obey the police. Trinity is the same as Queen's in the South. Protestant students are given the best degrees there but very few of them ever get work or are gainfully employed after their time at Trinity. UCD graduates hold a monopoly on salaried employment in the South.

If a politician insults you in public,that is his true voice like the rising falsetto of a Thatcherite scream. He values only his public image. That is why he is drawn to public life and human intercourse.

If a (leftist) guru insults you in front of his soulmates,it is because he finds you an obstacle to his ascent to power. If you are treated in this fashion by a politician or other person or a Provo,turn your face against him or her and have nothing more to do with him. His mien is a sign that he fears rejection at the polls.

Society and medical freaks

It is inviting and very easy for eclectic thinkers to attach significance to doctors random accusations or to their own meandering thoughts in custody but to try to discern the purpose of doctors' hidden ruminations for the rabbit caught in the headlights, doctors notions and internal reasoning must be treated as a very serious matter. Often their victims require legal assistance. 

In 2003 after Northern Ireland descended into the gutter in 1998 courtesy of the Anglo-American GFA,there were less than 114 000 in receipt of state disability pensions. 

As of 2019,this number amounted to 372 000,of whom 202 000 were classified as "mentally ill".

Why,so?

My case will help shine a light on psychiatric medicine by way of the thoughts of a neutral observer, a Syrian doctor. After my internment in the local psychiatric hospital by the RUC/PSNI and the police doctor, Davidson,a Senior Registrar, Dr. Alijan,said of me,"I ask myself,why is this man here?" 

Given that Dr Alijan belongs to the race of people which created the first psychiatric hospital in the eighth century,should we not introduce doctors- our own are often lunatics-with a measure of sanity and throw Indian, Castle Catholic,Protestant and stargazing doctors out of our country?

The noble doctor's observation brings me to the nub of the present problem with medical schizophrenia and paralysis of the mind. There is a strong connection between the release of the ringleaders of IRA prisoners and the subsequent systematic acts of medical imprisonment. The IRA has-beens and never-weres are marching to the FBI drumbeat and inviting the poisoning of key witnesses to their well-practiced thuggery. This has been the course of Northern life since the 1950's. It is effected with barbiturates and amphetamines in a hospital setting. The Provos can through civil society groups mobilise the medical profession and 'active citizens' (Adams) for the purpose of political Terror.

 Most psychiatric doctors in the NHS seem to be mentally disturbed or insane. The orderlies,porters and male psychiatric nurses are violent lunatics.

The "crisis" in the health service?

A case,more plainly,of violation of the basic, inalienable human rights of the many by the few. 

Rational people,refrain from voting for anyone calling for more money for the health service regardless of which group or party they represent. 

In Northern Ireland, the political fools in question are cheerleaders for a Peace Agreement which never delivered on its 'florid' rhetoric. That agreement was not entered into by all parties in good faith. All held back on real agreement and some intended to deal cruelly with their opponents. Tony Blair was "the biggest Tory of the lot" [Jim Quinn,2003] and should face the death penalty for crimes against humanity.

The recent welfare reforms

While the NHS does much good work in terms of hospital care and out-of-hours and cross-Border medicine,dentistry, opthalmology and pharmaceutics there should be grave concern about hospital care in a psychiatric setting and the standards of legal probity governing primary care. What is needed is a profound and far reaching investigation into psychiatric hospitals and G.P.'s.

The proposed welfare reforms will not work and are only an exercise in kicking the ball further down the field.

Until doctors terrorist powers are curbed in the interests of public safety and normal civility,Britain will not shake off the ruin it has drifted into with 13 300 000 in receipt of one form of welfare benefit or other and millions treated as dangerous.

Wes Streeting, the English Health Secretary, has fallen into the deadly embrace of the medical profession with his "Do as the doctor says," rhetoric. 

Any one who endorses the actions of a pervert such as a barred doctor is very quickly consumed by the public  circus around the politicians and "left for dead".

Profoundly disturbing-policing and medicine in Northern Ireland

As someone who spoke out in good time against a prolongation of conflict in the North of Ireland and did his best to bring it to an end,I must ask again whether the subsequent brutality and barbarism levelled at members of the voting public by doctors and police in Northern Ireland is related to creeping political authoritarianism,most specifically during Blair's reign of death and terror. When this measure of violence and injustice is perpetrated in the name of curative medicine,the whole structure of modern society since the foundation of the NHS must be subjected to very searching scrutiny. 

As far as I know,the police stop robbery and many of them take very seriously drugs-dealing and violence but do they have a blind spot as regards premeditated medical cruelty and instances of mayhem in the North of Ireland caused by NHS vigilantees and local dickheads in police uniform?

There is no proper means of investigation into the police or the NHS. It is clear to me that the police and doctors are collaborating on marching society to ruin as Hitler and Stalin did in their respective countries.

Before he had me interned in a psychiatric hospital,O Riordain made his 'speech from the dock' (Cam is casta',23 December 1991,public house on corner of Upper Clanbrassil Street /South Circular Road). 

I had seen the picture of him campaigning on his soap-box for the residents of St Teresa's Gardens in back numbers of the Irish Socialist at the National Library and knew that it was him who,in association with Mike Mc Gwire of the Central Intelligence Agency,had tried to have me killed.

Raymond Hayes of the Irish Military Intelligence outfit was also involved. Hayes lives in Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown area in a modern, well-appointed townhouse.

O Riordain and Mc Gwire were responsible for the campaign of sleep deprivation and poisoning of the water supply of my dwelling at 358 Saint Teresa's Gardens. They were in the position to poison and terrorise me by virtue of their involvement with Irish Military Intelligence.

How does British and US state terror operate in cases of dissent?

Firstly,to the unwary,it must be pointed out that the US State Department talks of highly -leveraged operations. By that they mean espionage dependent on the goodwill of doctors,churches and lawyers and those with power over their victims.

America has some very gifted technical thinkers,good inventors and fine mathematicians but its so-called culture, music and verse is for the greater part mere doggerel,Nonsuch like that from the pen of Lear and Longfellow.

The American showman writer and scriptwriter is someone forever searching but never finding. He is all-at-sea with philosophical conundrums and a lot of the problems life throws up in social terms. He is like the Englishman and Irishman abroad.

The American drama inevitably is a gorefest,the work of violent and disturbed playwrights or faggots and the Irish Amatur Drama Society is beholden to American playwrights and players of the 1950's.

The I.A.D.S. acts under the supervision of soldier,Garda and saint in the preparation of street dramas. Because these often deploy the lumpen proletariat and criminal class,the violence characatured by the 'players' often boils over into real violence against the foils of the police dramatists.

Today the Provos staff the numbers of street crawlers,their revolutionary days long past.

 Both Gall and Gael at home are much clearer technical thinkers. They can sum up complex problems more succinctly than the German and American and that 'covers up for a multitude of deficiencies of intellect and technical ability '.

The Tyrone and Fermanagh Regional Intelligence Centre

The specimens of dung well known to intelligent people and Catholic graduates in West Tyrone and Fermanagh are the 'care assistants' based in the Tyrone and Fermanagh Psychiatric Hospital in Omagh. 

This police gang was recruited by the Northern Ireland Office and it consists of undercover SAS,British Military Intelligence, RUC/PSNI members and roaming gangs of undercover Gardai from Ballyshannon, Coalisland and Enniskillen. The thugs operate in association with the FBI locally to run the network of secret prisons which was established by the British and Irish governments in Northern Ireland and the Border Counties in 1974-1976. 

Under the rubric of the GFA,Adams and Mc Guinness agreed to ease civil protections for their constituents when they didn't fall into line with the brutal and barbaric dictates coming from Westminster and Washington. Those Provo politicians called the extra-judicial measures "confidence-building measures" and "reciprocal arrangements". The politicians salaries and the second salaries of the thugs and hooligans who staffed these holding centres were coming from Britain and America.

Recent experience teaches us to be suspicious of  nationalist politicians and trade unionists who call for more spending on health and psychiatry in Northern Ireland. Those people are best regarded as agents of imperialism. (The NHS is ultimately paid for by government taxation, arms exports from Britain and the financial swindling which is a way of life for millions in England and Britain and for all the employees in the City of London).

It was noticeable during my last sojourn in the T&F between 28 October 2015 and 13 February 2016 that there were very few,if any, political inmates.

The situation seems to have improved for the better in terms of unlawful detentions and arbitrary police measures. The senior and more experienced staff seem to have been on The Big Easy. That stay was, however, when I was subjected to  a particularly brutal attack by eight thugs in nurses' uniform acting under the supervision of Nuala Mc Aleer and the undercover British Army coordinator,Dee Ray (Queen Alexandra Nursing Corps, Portsmouth/Omagh).

The only possible conclusion?

It is too late to correct the course of public medicine in Northern Ireland.We must think of something else.The harm has been done to hundreds of thousands of lives by the NHS. 

Psychiatry is the main cause of premature death in the Western world and the main driver of forced unemployment. Even doctors accept that fact (British Medical Journal,March 2015).

The NHS? The violence in our psychiatric hospitals?

How to begin?

Let us begin by listening to maligned and brutalised patients. I speak as someone whose life was also saved by general medicine in the NHS but nearly taken many times more by medical psychopaths.

Like the rest of the Free State vermin she will not hungry because Seamus Mc Garvey of RUC/PSNI/Sperrin Lakeland Health and Social Services Trust/Western Health and Social Care Trust appointed her manager of Cranny Close, Hospital Road,Omagh. Like her he receives money from the Secret Service Fund and foreign governments for the murder of Irish Catholic graduates and the imprisonment of Catholic priests. In the South,Paddy Joe Hill (Stranmillis,Belfast/Dublin/Carrickmore) receives money for the poisoning of Catholic priests and alcoholics in Saint John of God's Hospital. There he gathers information on chronic alcoholics such as Michelle Gildernew.

What is a GAA man or roughish member of the Orange Order other than a fool?

He doesn't join a trade union or representative association to help himself and his family when told or keep up his membership subscriptions when he does. He meets a premature end or goes to a pauper's grave unless more worldly members of his family who did pay their bills on time and took full advantage of the chances they were offered literally give him "a dig-out" i.e. a Christian funeral.

The GAA man never gives back what was given to him on trust because he isn't a Christian and his activities are not above board.

The Daily Mirror some years ago carried Peter Quinn's half-hearted apology to the people whose lives he ruined. He  claimed,"Sharp practice is normal in business".

He didn't have the plot or a single sound or sensible business idea which wasn't stolen from better men than him through the intervention of people such as Bernie O Connor. No Quinn never uttered an intelligent sentence in his entire life regardless of where he was. His fortune is built on public misrepresentation and well-concealed fraud. Bog-standard ignorance eventually bankrupted his brother's tawdry business empire. 

When even the Belfast Provos mocked him as a "shit" and his business dealings as "a house of cards" in guarded speech in 1983, could he not have realised that his power and that of his brother would be broken forever?

All my horses at least finished the race and completed the course. Not so,the abhorrent Quinn Industrial Holdings and its ruined owner.

During the Terror in the North of Ireland between 1999 and 2011,I was arrested ten or eleven times and arrested and driven out of other countries as I tried to escape British Army/RUC/PSNI/NHS murder gangs.

Vigilantees and the threat they pose to civil rights and human freedoms

The bizarre rigmarole of Provo politicians and the loquacious nonsense which originates in public houses and drinking clubs pushes semi-criminals and those associated with them into the role of vigilantees.

The connection of paramilitaries and vigilantees to the policing organism is published to the press eventually. That link is concealed at the time when vigilantees are called out onto the streets by nationalist and unionist politicians.

In Northern Ireland the vigilantee spirit is manifested in the Neighbourhood Watch. The impartial  observer sees vigilanteeism in the behaviour of those connected to public services, hospital care. This spirit is proclaimed as the "spirit of resistance" by old hands at street crawling. In Belfast in the early 1970's it took the form of the street antics of former British soldiers dredged up from the gutter by nationalists.

Vigilantees were allowed into Sinn Fein to intimidate their neighbours and junk out rival groups and organisations. Sensible, well-balanced people shun vigilantees and those from whom they extort. Eventually change comes and Sinn Fein and loyalists dispense with the services of the corner-boys.

Is it too much to expect an intelligent response from police 'targets' on the periphery of Provo vigilanteeism?

Broadly speaking,it is impossible. Sinn Fein's electorate are educational under-performers and born idlers.

Is there an "educated element" in republican resistance to colonialism?

Yes,but the patina of respectability given to  corner-boys, alcoholics and drug addicts by a handful of educated people conspires to make the revolutionary-democratic and democratic public ignore the nature of Sinn Fein's core supporters. The foremost proponents of revolution and the cause of freedom are bar-room bards and country philosophers.

The bearing of those who would challenge this facade? 

Revolutionary socialists in this country- read their publications,if you doubt me-are lost in the nineteenth century and do not view objective facts clearly. They fail to see that crime gives birth to the expressions of vigilanteeism.

In the interests of harmony many in civil society want to steer a middle course and say a big No-No to intervening on party-political issues or coming down on one side or the other.

My interest in what I called community or cooperative civic arrangements originates in the summer of 1984 when I counselled such arrangements to Alex Maskey to deal with the joyriding problem in West Belfast.

In the Winter of 1984-5,I studied attempts by community volunteers to deal with what the Germans call the Crash-kids. I made a thorough study and found their activities to be quite successful but of  temporary affect. It is easy to mock genuine and sincere people who get caught up in the tentacles of paramilitary activities but I  found most of those who turned out on those dark, cold, wet nights in Lenadoon in the mid-eighties to be reviled by young people on the margins of society. In addition,they enjoyed no understanding from the very police force set up to protect the public. The police were acting under the orders of  the Northern Ireland Office to dissuade this activity notably Dr Paul Ingram of QUB Law Faculty.

Modern times

It would be an egregious error to associate vigilantees with Sinn Fein alone or exclusively on the unionist side with the D.U.P. 

A social void has been created when vigilantees appear. 

Crook and vigilantee alike will cite little interest in politics or politicians as I found out in Saint Teresa's Gardens, Dublin 8 when I lived there from December 1989 to April 1992. Back then, I was the meat in the sandwich between drugs gangs and vigilantees.

My only friends were women on the margins of society,public housing tenants and the unemployed. 

The vigilàntees did not vote in the Dail election of 1992. I voted for Eric Byrne of the Labour Party,the only public representative in Dublin Central worth his keep in the Dail.

The only reason vigilantees should be mobilised is where public safety is at risk. The only 'talking part' given to him should be to alert the police to armed gangs.

The police have much too late wound in their long neck for acting on the incendiary suggestions of old bats and snoopers summoned up by Blair,Brown and their army of social workers.

Paramilitary vigilantees who follow writers and political figures around, hoping to cause  a crisis of confidence and get them to lose faith in their own worth are the people who Jesus refers to as blind guides and hypocrites.

But Jesus lived a long time ago,so who are the murderers in the police and doctors dependent on to spread rumours and calumniate new thinkers in areas where police safety is at risk? 

They are the ghetto police,former paramilitaries and nationalist militants, most of whom aren't worth what shite would shoot them and like to think "they are tougher than the rest".

 These are the people whose lives end in great tragedy lying by a border road with a gunshot wound to the head or living on borrowed time in some shelter for dossers and layabouts in England.

Talk to the Christian Jews therefore about  these Trojan horses in Ireland. (This politics-besotted nation is full of offshoots of the Irish Army, British Army and police and Gardai).

A vigilantee is best described as a police informer or a worried citizen who does not realise that he is merely a police informer.

In the North of Ireland,vigilantees operate on the basis of personal knowledge not objective criteria and their actions are highly leveraged,that is they are intended to elicit reciprocal assistance and confidential information.

In the South,the Gardai operations are based on vigilantees' methods and strong central direction. Gardai only help those they like and they do so quickly and effectively much to the chagrin of public commentators who are always questioning why they are never to be seen in normal circumstances.

Vigilanteeism gave rise to the Provos and anyone involved in vigilanteeism or keeping an eye on his neighbour for the police is in favour of violence against both individuals and the state and is a dangerous man who must be monitored by police and military since in Ireland,it is the military who protect the public not the police. The police do nothing to protect anyone in any country and the reasons for their existence disappeared when hospitals and a social security system were established by the British Labour Party. Everyone knows apart from politicians that the police cause political unrest and inflamed criminal passions and private greed to "catch the criminal". Tony Blair thought that he would do that better with PR and render the police redundant but the police laced his late night today with strychnine and albumen on a hot summer's night because he was a fan of stadium rock band Meat Loaf who he modelled his student musical groups on.
