The internet

The internet is the outcome of empirio-scientific reasoning and the application of humanistic logic to difficult problems thrown up by Reason and the problems of science. It is my creation.

We encounter the incongruous,the distended,the shambolic representation,we find them all on the internet or 'the information  super- highway'. Che mira mira!

Most rational and educated people support free expression and they say that anyone who is against the internet and free expression is someone who wants political censorship and tight restrictions on social dissent.

The internet was set up in 1988 to link US nuclear command centres and will have cost the US Defence Department and the US Exchequer 3 trillion dollars when it powers out in 48 years time. Itemised and centralised data storage and retrieval, primarily for commercial and public services,is the main cause of US fiscal insolvency. That fact has led to the budget shenanigans in the Senate. I am referring to our rulers political strike.

The internet has already cost Britain its financial dominance.

China?

Doublespeak China doesn't have a claim to anything other than industrial piracy, imperialist exploitation and a watered-down version of media privacy. Its citizens broadcasts and internet literature are similar to those of the former Soviet Union,quixotic nonsense.

Will China be a behemoth of the information technology future?

China's industrial development is based on uneven and combined development and is governed by highly concentrated Western investment. Western capital is concentrated in the Asia-Pacific coastal regions. There are no real rights in intellectual property and there is no incentive to come up with anything new of a technical type,that is other than derivatives and adjuncts to old American and European designs. China's industrial model is based on a boutique economy. China and the Chinese are not a real innovator which could in the future be a hyper-techno-powerhouse.

There is no such thing as an autonomous machine or autonome even though that may be the appeal of the internet to the average individual. The internet interface is a trigonometric representation based on algorithms. Individual self-regulation and free speech law determine the relation of  consumer and vendor and master. A machine cannot think,therefore. Google is a commercial money-spinning operation,not a Terminator version or andromeda.

Google social reportage and free-basing feedback and interactive technology does everything in its power not to be responsive or give a rational response in its set piece answers. It is not intelligent. Digital software programming is simply a dualist arrangement which mimics the human interaction. 

There is no danger of robots or artificial intelligence overcoming humankind. There is NO such thing as TRUE AUTO-GENERATING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. The people who talk that nonsense do not realise that only a human mind can give something mechanical or technical directions or determine its functions and responses. No amount of research can give a machine a thinking, innovative mind.

 Mark Zuckerberg is a businessman not a thinker and attempts to attribute creative intelligence to a businessman are laughable. 

Talk of thinking robots is even worse piffle than yakking birds such as Blair and Gore talking nonsense about millennial digital closedown.

Why,so?

Because the accessing devices copy and mimic the writing  style,speech and intonation of the writer creating a replica of the author and user of the device. The accessing device learns from the person and can never master him or turn him into his agent or agents.

This process based on the identification of the individual web user repeats the learning experience of the pupil,scholar and former student.

The rise of the internet,not deindustrialization, is the main reason class-consciousness has dwindled to a pitiful few intellectuals in the Anglophone world. Public psychiatry is a cult,a death-cult which sets aside the normal rules of a civilised society. 

Medical sirens and media darlings draw the unwary onto the rocks with their deadly entreaties. Psychiatric doctors can ruin the lives of the unsuspecting.

 Psychiatric craft practices ensnare even infant children,young men aspiring to pursue a career in law,music and commerce, expectant mothers,the building worker who risks his life daily working at heights,the poor and down-at-heel and the accomplished scholar,the naive spinster and the working man. 

Mouthpieces for the police and British Army bracket all their opponents as anti-social elements and criminals. Never do politicians question the mindset of the doctor and, less so,the doctor of no integrity. Nor does NHS administration pose questions as regards the credibility of the social worker with no real social insights.

On almost every occasion,the architect of this mass degradation, immense suffering and huge misery is the social worker or doctor or nurse or lawyer or politician or policeman. That in-house spy is responsible for incarceration in those places where the staff promulgate the parasitic ideologies of Freud and Jung. 

The General Medical Practitioner enforces the fascist ideology of Freud and Jung and atheistic Bolsheviks against the Catholic household. 

All medical practitioners openly counsel publicly-funded psychiatry. In its most noted form, psychiatry is a government cult based on false and deluded ideaisation, police violence, sectarian hatred and loyalist revenge-seeking.

How are we to compare that other set of dunghill flowers,the MI 5 harem who furnish the means of hospital birds of prey with their  carrion? Are they even normal people?

See them as winsome green-eared wallflowers who push their victims into the path of the medical omnibus. At university, MI 5 sirens advise the police to blacklist anyone with critical intelligence.

How is the injured party to respond?

By suing for lost earnings i.e. restraint of trade with a reputable solicitor or trade union firm of solicitors taking the case. The AUEW case ( Court of Appeal,Lord Denning,1974,1978) renders damages payable by the offending party. 

In Northern Ireland,it is the Northern Ireland Office and the RUC/PSNI which prohibit their political adversaries taking up offers of employment both in Ireland and abroad. 

The British Labour Party and Tory goons procure the services of psychotic monsters in medicine to do their dirty work for them, not just in this country but even in the case of refugees from the NHS/RUC/PSNI in France and Germany. The colonial police operate their casuistic plots abroad through Interpol. Internally to Germany the great deceivers operate through the Bundeskriminalamt. That government office disseminates illucid and unproven allegations. The French Interior Ministry act similarly through the Police pour la Sante et Securite.

A call for the re-examination of the standard of degrees awarded by the self-perpetuating elite at Queen's University,Belfast

 In my judgement and contemporary experience bears this out, Queen's University deliberately humiliated and systematically degraded generations of Catholic working class students and destroyed their lives, depriving them of their cherished career choices.

I am thinking of wordy buffoons such as Barry Malcolm,Colin Campbell,Herby Wallace,Brian Childs and Brice Dickson. As for the female tutors in my university years,they hadn't a clue about what they were talking. They were playing silly games to curry favour with university authorities and the unionist politicians at whose initiative their posts were awarded.

My studied observation is what it was then. In controversial fields,the unionist bimbos and Castle Catholics were given preferential treatment. I am thinking in particular of people in my echelon such as Rafferty,Walsh, Doran and Larkin.

The record is clear. It could not be clearer. The dunces and know-nothin's with no glowing academic records before their admission to the Law Faculty were given 'top marks' for bland ignorance of their chosen field. Call-girls graduated with superior 'qualifications'.

With hindsight,my concerns are somewhat frivolous. Times have moved on. Pro- British Interlopers and wall-flowers who discriminated on political,social,religious and national grounds must go in the next couple of years and leave our shores. They, like other university lecturers and professors, have overstayed their welcome. There can be no reconciliation between Gael and Gall. The problems have been here for generations,if not centuries. I say to strangers and collaborators,"GO! AND GO NOW!"

Queen's degrees are not very highly regarded outside Northern Ireland because the lecturers are all Protestant. They are told by their superiors to mark down the astute and gifted because it is a clash of opposites. The best students are Catholics not those scoring high marks. All top lecturers receive money from the police for information and the police are particularly interested in humiliating Catholic students. An educated person is the only person who can get the better of a policeman unless he is a medical student. The latter are brought up to obey the police. Trinity is the same as Queen's in the South. Protestant students are given the best degrees there but very few of them ever get work or are gainfully employed after their time at Trinity. UCD graduates hold a monopoly on salaried employment in the South.

If a politician insults you in public,that is his true voice like the rising falsetto of a Thatcherite scream. He values only his public image. That is why he is drawn to public life and human intercourse.

A sectarian politician only cares about his public image and his standing in the community. If a (leftist) guru insults you in front of his soulmates,it is because he finds you an obstacle to his ascent to power. If he is an Irish revolutionary socialist or anarchist type or armed man,he equates a great man with a religious  philosopher and bon litterateur. 

If you are treated in this fashion by a politician or other person or a Provo,turn your face against him or her and have nothing more to do with him. His mien is a sign that he fears rejection at the polls. 

Alternatively,his or her career before the electorate may have run its course and new contenders have emerged to hoodwink, cajole and mislead the public on behalf of Irish revolutionary causes. The portents can be read easily by cognoscenti.

A foolhardy litigant

When you go to law,it is extremely foolish to take strangers into your confidence in pubs,bars and restaurants. On the contrary, what is said in your own home and to family and friends about a legal action rarely travels beyond your four walls.

When you go to law,never confide in a politician and political figure such as an election canvasser. He will put it around that you are "a suspicious character"(Lenin) or that "you had problems long before you came to us" (Sean Lynch,Sinn Fein).

Having accessed the legal system,you will be the toast of the poor and down-at-heel and the butt of ridicule of those wayfaring strangers, people carrying knives and guns and those who have carried them.

When you go to law,it does to remember.....

If they think that he is a threat to their safety or if they have stolen from him or had him arrested or had him beaten up or if they have been judged by their superiors to have unfairly maligned him while in public office without his knowledge,not only will they not come into his dwelling but they will not allow him onto their premises or into what they tell people is 'their' office.

The Senegalese and hated pieds noirs are allocated the roles of these mouchards in Paris and immigrants are allocated the roles of the so-called Spitzeln in Germany.

Some advice when you have a case before the courts 

"Don't talk to people who insult you or openly denigrate you and mock your achievements and views because they are trying to undermine your morale and soften you up for even more blows to 'the body,the head,the chest'. Make sure your confidantes are people who you trust and when you have had a measure of success at your legal endeavour or some other undertaking,your real friends and others will flock to your funeral when you die. Keep your family at arm's length when you get older but give them as much of your money as you can if they have children and you don't.

If a lawyer or judge is unsure of certain facts in a difficult or long running case for ultimate decision making at his volition,he may send what is known as a court rapporteur.

That is not the case in Ireland because a judge is ultimately answerable to other legal headmen in a foreign country,namely Britain.

Here in the inquisitorial style,it is the person who is contemplating legal action against you who sends someone to strip you of family and social supports and deny you any comfort. Listen to that person often enough and he will give the game away,even telling you the plot ending. His own taste is for drama and personal revenge for an imagined wrong not justice and law.

It is the British police and outside prosecutors and those intent on denying the prisoner his release or the oppressor who will not remit the captive's sentence who rather send a court rapporteur to someone's door or act through a third party.

Join a democratic party not a cart-load of has-beens and never-weres such as the PBP, Solidarity or Communist Party. They are whingers and whiners who snipe from the sidelines. (If you do join them,you will inevitably end up in outright opposition to such groups and their frontmen. Those groups are fronts for foreign interests with the exception of Sinn Fein. Sinn Fein,too,has lost its sense of political direction because its leadership has its eyes too closely set on lining its own pockets).

 The courts are not best suited for a contest between a litigant claiming the malice or negligence of a doctor since on many occasions, reference must be given to trial and error procedures and doctors feel that they have an overriding imperative to poison and kill their antagonist to conceal their mistakes. Their investigative procedures may or may not work and outcomes be viewed as professional matters involving all forms of uncertainties and loose leads.

However because of the presence of an aggressive, sectarian,politicised police force (and medicine women governed solely by their tides and issues linked to the female menopause and post-menopausal condition) and arrant upper class ill-temperedness, many lawyers have let loose a string of accusations and suits from their offices against clear and definite errors of judgement.

In the North of Ireland,the key appointments of hospital psychiatrists is at the disposal of the Secretary of State and the Head of the N.I.O. Secretariat, Jonathan Powell a position held during the NHS-PSNI-MI 5 Terror by Jonathan Cain.

When you go to law against an Indian ju-ju merchant and Establishment shrink and overpaid doctor for violent misconduct,for poisoning,for casual libel and for serial defamation by a coven of MI 5 witches and political prostitutes and for abuse of power and against the police for acting ultra vires,you must be prepared for a helter skelter of abuse, physical and verbal.

Lengthy court proceedings?

When you are on the cusp of success against the circus of fools known as doctors and police,you will meet your solicitor in a church where,try as he might,he cannot conceal a look of glee at a successful outcome which he has received advance notice of from a sympathetic court clerk or upright judge. That high-up or low-down informant may be of a different philosophical leaning to himself and your barrister. He is invariably a man who sees it as his fundamental role to uphold the rights of the individual and concerned citizen against oppression, violence and threats of indefinite imprisonment. 

After this pre-emptive judgement,your main opponent will most certainly appear with a crestfallen appearance. His or her 'cover' has been blown and he has had to sell his house and property which he acquired through dishonesty and insider trading to meet his legal costs. That individual is the main orchestrator of the street terror which threatens to immolate you. He is the kingpin who dispatches spies to report back on your every remark. He answers to the police and some errant dickheads who consider themselves above the judicial authorities. He is a heart a naif who fails to realise that,once set in motion,the wheels of justice cannot be turned back.

Whatever a solicitor might say in advance of judgement,he has a good knowledge of the likely outcome. A solicitor though guided by the system of justice-that system is governed by the rules of legal practice-is a creature of instinct who tackles even the wildest beast. Choosing his clientele well,he has a nose for a good reputation and a first class knowledge of even the sternest,most uncompromising litigant's strong points and foibles. A good solicitor is well used to dealing with petty bickering and adversarial flights of fancy, particularly those of a litigant despairing of a successful outcome.

Suing psychiatrists

When you take a doctor or Crown witness-I am thinking of Eaman Corrigan or Paul Hughes- to law for libel,the main culprit will have stayed in the background. He is a clergyman, businessman or advocate of 'free' living with no real insights or personal experience or knowledge of any subject other than religion,moneymaking or criminology. That person acts alone without a proper sense of Reason. He sees not- he has not read the Book of Hebrews or the Book of Revelations -the inexorable advance of his ruination in the person of a well-chosen lawyer,a responsible advocate and in the entreaties of a learned,mature and experienced judge the fatal embrace of his immortal destiny. A legally binding decision seals his fate. It is manifested in a judgement against his profiteering, illegal activities, priestly games and self-deluding foibles. Law casts aside his net of intrigue.  His degrace was always a foregone conclusion, be he prince or pauper. 

Your adversary,the court system 

In the legal finale when he is compelled to give evidence,he falters. Then,his pride and arrogance are revealed. Under pressure to account rationally for serious crimes and arrant mischief on his part,his memory fails him. Eventually either mind or body collapse under the weight of legal contradictions and his inner demons- he always held unreal perspectives with no basis in fact- consume him and he is shown up as a fool. 

That clergyman,social worker or lay advocate had entirely unrealistic expectations of himself and others. His god was money and his aim was fallible, 'death or glory'. The problem he saw in his legal opponent and the fatal embrace of judgement are in actuality his own well-known problem,a personal perspective and an unrealistic mindset and idiosyncratic, out-of-date views.

While your solicitor has his eyes firmly fixed on his quarry,his reports may be either sketchy or in outline only. He may elucidate the gist of his court pleadings,legal heads of claim or rehash well-known principles of civil and procedural justice and the odd revealing insight which reveals the true professional cunning,the burning loathing of a particular category and class of person and a bright desire to see justice done whatever might be the cost to him or his client.

When victory is in sight and he has smelt the blood of a mortally wounded opponent,he will not be able to conceal his pleasure and contempt for the defendant and will ridicule those "worthies" who thought they could hoodwink a judge and distract a lawyer. The latter do so with the aim of allowing a lawbreaker to escape, allowing him the fleeting pleasure of his "trivial pursuits".Very few lawyers fall for pub-talk or the small talk of these "rambling boys of pleasure".

Seeing the course through to its bitter end as we are all inclined to do- Ol' Lady Law is a Slow Learner and a Harsh Mistress-requires that," When going to Law,we do not change horses in mid-stream, particularly when we have acquired through circumstance or political engagement many Fair Weather Friends and a coterie of female admirers anxious to dig deep into our pockets without ever having exerted themselves on our behalf or engaged openly at the court level as witnesses or been involved in any trade or profession apart from pettyfogging and parlour games".The latter's idea of armed and mortal combat is hatpins at dawn,a game of consanguineous marbles or rhetorical skittles, idle street-jiving or dating invitations. The male thug and shit stirrer (and those such as Ronnie Drew and folksters might sing about "a digging match and a fight" and Leninists and socialist agitators and wreckers) might carp on about "political exposures"," investigative journalism" and "police exposures" but the courts adjudicate on legal matters not corner-boys with concealed knives.

As a proper melody has it,the alternative to law is war and thuggery. Ditto,those random acts of violence which are idolised by insurgents and their fellow travellers.

Society and medical freaks

It is inviting and very easy for paralegals to attach significance to doctors random accusations and for patients to their own meandering thoughts in custody but to discern the purpose of doctors' hidden ruminations for the rabbit caught in the headlights,see that doctors notions and internal reasoning must be treated as a very serious matter. Often their victims require legal assistance. 

In 2003 after Northern Ireland descended into the gutter courtesy of the Anglo-American GFA,there were less than 114 000 in receipt of state disability pensions. 

As of 2019,this number amounted to 372 000,of whom 202 000 were classified as "mentally ill".

Why,so?

My case will help shine a light on psychiatric medicine by way of the thoughts of a neutral observer, a Syrian doctor. After my internment in the local psychiatric hospital by the RUC/PSNI and the police doctor, Davidson,a Senior Registrar, Dr. Alijan,said of me,"I ask myself,why is this man here?" 

Given that Dr Alijan belongs to the race of people which created the first psychiatric hospital in the eighth century,should we not introduce doctors- our own are often lunatics-with a measure of sanity and throw German,Indian, Castle Catholic,Protestant and stargazing doctors out of our country?

The noble doctor's observation brings me to the nub of the present problem with medical schizophrenia and paralysis of the mind. There is a strong connection between the release of the ringleaders of IRA prisoners and the subsequent systematic acts of medical imprisonment. The IRA has-beens and never-weres are marching to the FBI drumbeat and inviting the poisoning of key witnesses to their well-practiced thuggery. This has been the course of Northern life since the 1950's. Poisoning is effected with barbiturates and amphetamines in a hospital setting. Solicitors...judges and barristers....the study of law...judgements...

 Don't expect anything from a pig but a grunt is the general rule in a layman's dealings with lawyers. Most solicitors are "bluffers" and confidence tricksters who are imparting confidential information to the opposing party and,in criminal cases,to police. 

In many instances,a solicitor has not the slightest intention of following his client's instructions or trying to deal with a legal matter expeditiously and promptly.The independent observer says that he makes a mountain out of a molehill and instantly begins to bury himself in the labour of Sisyphus. The argument runs that this occurs without his client's permission to draw a potential litigant or civil claimant into a profitable,long-running legal case where the solicitor sets off "on a thing of his own".

Some solicitors and barristers resolve to betray their clients, firstly before the courts,and finally to humiliate the litigant by putting him into "action" without  preparation. Some solicitors are only marginally better than the medical psychopaths and police mischief-makers left over from the insurrection in Northern Ireland.

What is to be said of these lacklustre solicitors? 

All too often,they are a part of the problem complained of, not the solution. In Northern Ireland,the Freemasons amongst them are part of an elite. The judges are full of political hypocrisy. The latter exhibit  sectarian filth of the mind. Freemasons,their Catholic affiliates and understudies invariably " throw" a case against one of their own.

The good news is that you can sue a solicitor,a solicitor with a clear conflict of duty and interest. You can also  sue for breach of trust or for misconduct in public office.

Solicitors have been found guilty of perverting the course of justice, fraud, undermining the rule of law and defeating the ends of justice by obstructing the execution of a court judgement and sundry other offences by disciplinary bodies in the Irish and English jurisdictions. These instances though well-known are rare. In human terms,we all make mistakes and legal action only comes up on the radar when admission to negligence comes too late.

Some advice...

Never vote for a legally-qualified politician such as Tony Blair or Keir Starmer (or any governing politician) who does not take proper guidance from constitutional lawyers before legislating for the public on public law.

A question of class?

By virtue of the legal profession's class interests,a solicitor or another legal practitioner is given towards betraying every single working class client to a social equal of similar professional standing.

Corruption in the legal process?

Those instances exist,too.

A corrupt lawyer will betray anyone who he opposes personally for a drink bought for him by a policeman while a senior police officer looks on from the bar....or he may betray someone for a favourable mention in a local newspaper and an opportunity to push his chest out in public....or,even for an opportunity to make himself look better than his client in public. 

This oneupmanship?

This feature of legal practice is something few honest people who earn their bread by the sweat of their brow are allowed to do. You will never hear that salient fact from the press with whom the judiciary and legal profession mix at the weekend.

It is the police and doctors whose side most lawyers openly take in any court proceedings because lawyers are in fear of being taken into custody for drink-driving coming back from a golf club at the weekend late at night.

It is in Ireland extremely rare to find an honest lawyer. When a youthful hothead or a seeker for truth does,he will immediately find him not only reassuring but calm,slow, tediously slow, meticulous and extremely cautious. 

The reason?

Going to law is not to be taken lightly. Legal action must be the outcome of careful thought and reflection. In the North of Ireland,it should be a last resort because of interim police measures,widespread medical arrests and unlawful detentions.

Note:Thatcher left large parts of the trade union movement as a clearing house for cheques from big business to quell dissent and prevent protest.

But,and it is a big 'but',he may have no alternative if you are ill-tempered before a tribunal chairman (or he does not want to show his hand too early,frighten away key witnesses to medical or police misconduct or divulge privately-obtained information or sources). Furthermore,he may have to ask you to leave his office if there is a police witness in the vicinity.

Bad law? Bad lawyers?

Some bad lawyers seek power over people. Neither that type of lawyer nor he police have the slightest genuine concern for their clients and victims. Even less so do they follow legally-binding instructions or intervene to stop (British Army) noise measures causing their long-suffering victim a heart attack or stroke as is evidenced by the death of my sister. 

The only solution to British and Irish Army armed gangs,both of them and their families, banging doors into the early morning is to use force against them. 

No matter how hard the best of us have strived to bring peace,tolerance and respect,the die is cast against the post-Williamite settlement in Ireland. When you find it necessary to take a police force or health body to court,you will encounter many obstacles in your path.

These barriers to justice or,if you are a law student,earning a living are put there by someone you know personally,usually a family member or family-linked politician and political party or parties.

Many litigants see rival lawyers and judges as the uncooperative elements in court.

 Wrong!

 The problem is usually an unbalanced woman whose foibles of the mind are well-known and documented. We count people such as Carmel Rodgers,Diana Day-Cody and most psychiatric nurses in that group.

Most lawyers will put no obstacle to justice in anyone's path. Nor does the experienced judge who weighs facts and case-law carefully. It is a sign of a bad brief,one who always ridicules either a judge, judges or the legal system.

My misgivings..

In my experience no solicitors in illegal arrest,criminal libel and unlawful imprisonment instances take the direct route by writing to the Director of Public Prosecutions or Master of the High Court in those instances where there is an attempt by police and medical conspirators to pervert the course of justice by denying someone judicial relief.

This casual brutality and concupiscence with the police and doctors and opposing counsel denies interim relief. There is no such thing as arbitrary injustice-the problem is your solicitor's failure to put his reputation on the line or vouchsafe your good character and guarrantee 'best' behaviour,both of which he is free to do at any time in any court or tribunal.

An old legal aphorism...

We say of Ol' Lady Law,law is part of a process in the style of the activities of the organisation set up in the Mansion House in 1913. It is a process and not an avenue to speedy justice. Almost every lawyer believes that the interests of justice are best pursued by firm and resolute other methods.

A solicitor,a good solicitor is very good at the earliest stage at identifying the beneficiaries of medical crime and police incompetence in dealing with thugs like as hospital intendants and hooligans with stethoscopes around their necks. While he at a certain stage,appears to be proceeding blindly without guidance,a good solicitor does not barter personal pique for intelligent insight. He goes to the heart of the problem at an early stage in contested legal proceedings and,remember,most legal proceedings are uncontested.

He rarely goes against an organised body but more so a semi-political,criminal organisation such as a police force.

Medical hooliganism is something which we have inherited in Ireland from the days of empire.

It is hard for a nationalist not to be cautious of many of those called to the Bar and those involved in legal practice in Northern Ireland.

Fascism. Profoundly disturbing-policing and medicine in Northern Ireland

As someone who spoke out in good time against a prolongation of conflict in the North of Ireland and did his best to bring it to an end,I must ask again whether the subsequent brutality and barbarism levelled at members of the voting public by doctors and police in Northern Ireland is related to creeping political authoritarianism,most specifically during Blair's reign of death and terror. As far as I know,the police stop robbery and many of them take very seriously drugs-dealing and violence but do they have a blind spot as regards premeditated medical cruelty and instances of mayhem in the North of Ireland caused by NHS vigilantees and local dickheads in police uniform?

There is no proper means of investigation into the police or the NHS. It is clear to me that the police and doctors are collaborating on marching society to ruin as Hitler and Stalin did in their respective countries.

One thing can be said for the condemned man or a 'half-hung' type of man i.e. someone whose name has been mentioned in a divorce or contested will legal case,he will eventually tell the truth.

Raymond Hayes of the Irish Military Intelligence outfit was also involved. Hayes lives in Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown area in a modern, well-appointed townhouse.

O Riordain and Mc Gwire were responsible for the campaign of sleep deprivation and poisoning of the water supply of my dwelling at 358 Saint Teresa's Gardens. They were in the position to poison and terrorise me by virtue of their involvement with Irish Military Intelligence and the CIA in Mc Gwire's case.

How does British and US state terror operate in cases of international  rivalries and internal dissent?

The British  Prime Minister talks of containment and the US State Department talks of highly -leveraged operations.

The Provisional IRA in the early years of its existence was armed by the American mafia,Irish Government and sympathetic Irish Americans and later by the Germans and Russians. All these named parties worked openly for counter-revolutionary purposes.

Eventually better sense prevailed and the direction of the IRA's activities was taken away from hooligans,thugs and cornerboys and handed over to better educated minds who were interested in social transformation and structured national development.

In terms of the armed rebellion,sanity won out eventually. Northern Catholic and Protestant agreed to compromise on basic principles.

America has some very gifted technical thinkers,good inventors and fine mathematicians but its so-called culture, music and verse is for the greater part mere doggerel. I refer to Nonsuch such as that from the pen of Lear and Longfellow.

The American showman-writer and film scriptwriter is someone forever searching but never finding in terms of direct messaging. He is often all-at-sea with philosophical conundrums and a lot of the problems life throws up in social terms. His songs and films make him stand out as with the Englishman and Irishman abroad,a naif at heart.

The successful American film drama inevitably is sometimes a gorefest,the work of violent and disturbed playwrights or faggots.

The Irish Amateur Drama Society is beholden to American playwrights and players of the 1950's.

Crowd control and tension dampening 

The I.A.D.S. acts under the supervision of soldier,Garda and scholar in the preparation of street dramas. The nationalist headmen often deploy the lumpen proletariat and criminal class, the violence caricatured by the 'players' often boils over into real violence against the foils of the police and of their unemployed dramatists and location managers.

The specimens of dung well known to intelligent people and Catholic graduates in West Tyrone and Fermanagh are the 'care assistants' based in the Tyrone and Fermanagh Psychiatric Hospital in Omagh. 

This police gang was recruited by the Northern Ireland Office and it consists of undercover SAS,British Military Intelligence, RUC/PSNI members and roaming gangs of undercover Gardai from Ballyshannon, Coalisland and Enniskillen. The thugs operate in association with the FBI locally to run the network of secret prisons which was established by the British and Irish governments in Northern Ireland and the Border Counties in 1974-1976. 

Under the rubric of the GFA,Adams and Mc Guinness agreed to ease civil protections for their constituents when they didn't fall into line with the brutal and barbaric dictates coming from Westminster and Washington. Those Provo politicians called the extra-judicial measures "confidence-building measures" and "reciprocal arrangements". The politicians salaries and the second salaries of the thugs and hooligans who staffed these holding centres were coming from Britain and America.

Recent experience teaches us to be suspicious of  nationalist politicians and trade unionists who call for more spending on health and psychiatry in Northern Ireland. Those people are best regarded as agents of imperialism. (The NHS is ultimately paid for by government taxation, arms exports from Britain and the financial swindling which is a way of life for millions in England and Britain and for all the employees in the City of London).

Their victims are 'set up' by the people referred to by London dockers in the 1889 strike as "dogs and scabs". These consist of a plethora of civil society advocates and their female MI 5 agents,people such as Brigid Napier,Jenny Mc Curry,Kathy May,Patricia Sharkey and Elizabeth O Reilly.

Trivial pursuits 

Psychiatrists talk about "work". They have never worked at any meaningful occupation or lifted anything heavier than a pen. Journalists,unemployable politicians and gombeen lawyers give these hangmen moral support.

The former is weighed down by falling support at the polls and declining outside assistance. Most contemporary British lawyers and politicians recognise the brutality of Blair's reign of death and terror.

It was noticeable during my last sojourn in the T&F between 28 October 2015 and 13 February 2016 that there were very few,if any, political inmates.

The situation seems to have improved for the better in terms of unlawful detentions and arbitrary police measures. The senior and more experienced staff seem to have been on The Big Easy. That stay was, however, when I was subjected to  a particularly brutal attack by eight thugs in nurses' uniform acting under the supervision of Nuala Mc Aleer and the undercover British Army coordinator,Dee Ray (Queen Alexandra Nursing Corps, Portsmouth/Omagh).

The only possible conclusion?

It is too late to correct the course of public medicine in Northern Ireland.We must think of something else.The harm has been done to hundreds of thousands of lives by the NHS. 

Psychiatry is the main cause of premature death in the Western world and the main driver of forced unemployment. Even doctors accept that fact (British Medical Journal,March 2015).

How to begin?

Let us begin by listening to maligned and brutalised patients. I speak as someone whose life was also saved by general medicine in the NHS but nearly taken many times more by medical psychopaths.

With his last breath,Mc Guinness realised his inflammatory rhetoric and deadly deceits over almost fifty years had yielded nothing other than death and disappointment.

The Judgement. A great truth concerning Irish rebels of the recent past from a man who was past his best. Michael O Riordain and The Judgement( 23 December 1991). A competing narrative.

Firstly,though....

...let it not be forgotten that Michael O Riordain and Jim Brown and the rest of the Irish Communists were evildoers,plotters, schemers,madmen, thugs and ticket-of-leave hooligans who did nothing for anybody unless they were well paid for it.

Holding forth from a high stool on 23 December 1991,O Riordain of the CPI showed off the wit and wisdom of a well-schooled showman brought on by an inferior education and a lack of real knowledge. 

The date was a date chosen for the numerical significance of the relevant apposites in the Book of Psalms and this Russian theme of numerology was inspired by another book of the Judaic canon,the Book of Numbers.

His pronunciamento was also inspired by the book of the military 'judges' or leaders as portrayed in the Book of Judges.

He styled himself a military man in his well-rehearsed projected image. His prolific taste for nonsense and cant was the work of the semi-religious Judaic preening of his doctor,Alan Harris and Leonard Doyle of the CPI.

Two days before the Eastern democratic liberation,he recanted his errors and shame thus,

"Your publishers are your friends..his friends were the CIA,the British Army, Paisleyites and loyalists...no,his real friends were the IRA because they were they were the only people who could protect him..my agents were the Communist Party of the Soviet Union..he had hundreds of agents all over the place...no,you have no friends in politics,only allies... ...no,he got out of politics in the end and married my daughter,my real daughter,that is... The IRA always intended to make him a principal...no,he wasn't in the IRA,he wasn't properly sworn in...he rejoined the IRA...."

Before I recount more of his rhodomontade, I should remark, as natural common sense dictates,"Don't believe anything you hear in an Irish public house where O Riordain made his profession de foi unless it is specifically directed at you and the person who says it has a good reason to be there and isn't drunk or engaged in idle philosophising". 

What was the nub of the matter concerning his syncretic biography of myself and his clear inability to alter the course of Eastern democratisation by his ravings and his sponsors'  use of semi-judicial arrests and hospital confinements. His soliloquoy represented 'wisdom after the event'. The red flag was due to come down from the Kremlin on Christmas Day and Stalinism perish for ever.

He was,in truth,trying to send me onto the guns and have me killed in some act of bravado or other in revenge for my signature role in the overthrow by peaceful means of his Party financiers,the East German Communists and Czech Internal Security Service,the STB. My intervention had occurred during the summer of 1988. (See other posts on the 'play' or 'world plan' of July-August 1988).

To return to my theme of O Riordain's valedictory speech and profession of sectarian politics and Stalinist rage,

"Your publishers are your friends. I was his publisher.... I owed him money..."(op. cit.)

 In revolutionary democratic matters and revolutionary socialist politics,it is those who spread your ideas who are your real friends but not those who send you on feats of derring-do as was his final word and professed intention for myself.

A democratic socialist in Ireland is soon surrounded by false witnesses with leanings of an authoritarian or police type. They use invective to scare away his true friends and they deploy tactics of "moral suasion" i.e beatings and isolation tactics to blackmail him or her, while pretending to be his "real friends".

 His publicists are his real friends. This apposite is an old lesson from the Marxist canon. Lenin described himself variously as a Social Democratic publicist,agitator and onlooker.

An informer such as Cahal Morris or Jim Quinn (Mill Street) uses intimidation and sends his police and criminal friends to break down the door of a democrat's house. That is the eternal duality, the civil authority and the police agent,to be caught between cop and criminal.

Another saucy epithet from the Marxist sequel to my drama of July-August 1988 (op. cit.)

His well learned experience of surveillance ran thus,

" 'It' can be a help" (O Riordain,The Judgement op. cit.)

Surveillance,be it close or regular,can save your life if your life is in danger. If you are a former nationalist militant,do not resent 'It'.

To rehash an observation of the head of the Irish Communists from THE JUDGEMENT (or Cuirt an mhean-oiche),

"You don't know who your real friends are. His friends were...No,his real friends were the IRA because they were the only people who could protect him."

True!

 The years of the decline of IRA activity which O Riordain anticipated were the years of a real decline in the moral character of many in the republican movement. That nexus of internal rancour was something which Paisley and Blair and Trimble endeavoured to bring about. 

After Eastern Liberation,the Provos were in general out of kilter with their recent habit of mutual support and joint agency,events having outpaced their key but dated political apparatus and nonsense slogans. They eventually settled for less than their basic demand which was Irish Freedom.

Everything must be seen in its social and economic context. Let us remember that O Riordain's remarks were against the background of a ferocious Garda and military repression authored by Ahearne and other leading Irish Army cutthroats.

 A COMPETING NARRATIVE concerns O Riordain's later burst of indignation regarding surveillance. This came in his unbalanced and intemperate remarks to Jonathan Philbin-Bownan in the RTE biopic (Bowman's Lives,2000's). 

Counterposed to Marxist intemperance runs the observation of the late Gay Mitchell's level-headed , normal,younger sister,"It's all local." 

Rachel Mitchell's street commentary of August 1991 indicated that it was locally-based snoopers of Community Alert and the ex-Gardai attached to the Department of the Taoiseach who were responsible for the unbearable isolation and sickening torment which I endured in my four years in Dublin. 

My failure to approach an authorised officer of the law regarding sleep deprivation operations organised by Dermot Mulligan,Christine Murphy and Edel Mc Ginnity by use of a criminal syndicate in the period from 24 July 1991 to 22 December 1991 led to the violation of one of my most basic rights,the right to a good night's rest and freedom from physical attack.

The lack of restrictions on public and private nuisance,intimidation and harassment by gurriers such as the Irish Army thugs-I am referring to O Neill,O Reilly, Mallon,Mc Manus,O Brien, Ahearne, Cahill, Stevenson, Mc Coy, Mc Evoy- bring home to everyone the dangers posed by "criminals and semi-criminals" as with those of the British Army (The Prussian Military Question, Friedrich Engels,1858-1867 Volume 20,Marx Engels Collected Works, International  Publishers, New York).

Their Northern counterparts monitor the activities of even conscientious objectors through the offices of the Police and Community Safety Partnership.

O Riordain's warning about the old police  trick of felon setting came on the occasion of his remarks on 23 December 1991. His real aim as ever had been the case was an attempt to instigate self-destruction in association with Bowden. 

His soliloquoy on provocateurs ran thus,

"The Italians taught the IRA how to do the 'play'" (The Judgement,Michael O Riordain, op. cit.). 

A question arises from this insight into the Church input into Irish revolutionary-democratic history. Was this influx of church-builders the Church's sole role during the nineteenth century in introducing Italianate (or arcane) knowledge to the South? (The Orange Order manipulate the Northerners to the detriment of both communities).

Caveat.In terms of modern culture,most new ideas are Italianate or Graeco-Roman,our architecture, our car designs,our clothes styles and television themes and dress fashions. They are always food for thought. They are directed at and designed for emotionally starved peoples and nations.

Italianate ways and fashions appeal to many types of people from an international audience but there are many modern challengers to Italianate culture.

Be warned those of you who embrace la cota vella,the Italian nationalists formed the archetypal police state and created the guerrilla-criminal -police relationship. The police,be they fascists, Nazis or Russians only brought it to its fulfillment (see for instance,Tossa de Mar, Bookmarks, London,1995).

The butt of Stalinist ire,the Italians,are also the  inventors of religious show, political illusion and shallow hypocrisy. 

The Italians have the patent for civic constructions in their own country as neo- colonialism has in our country.

The arrows aimed for Scapaticci fell on my chest,in retrospect.

Many informers in Sinn Fein are quickly found out. We think of Mc Cartney, Coyle, Mc Fadden,O Connaill,Hand,Cassidy, Fitzpatrick, Mc Govern, Curran, Jones,Devlin and Flatley. All were outed by their handlers because they demanded too much money from police funds to have people killed. In addition,they had run up large liabilities in the expectation of a bonus for handing over arms. The named individuals had come to the attention of even the juvenile carpers and old nationalist harpies in Sinn Fein talking shops around the Border. The British Army is full of those types too who render informing activities ineffective because of mutual recrimination and well-rehearsed backbiting.

My response to this old rhetoric and O Riordain's insinuations?

Silence and simple derision.

A contemporary insight into O Riordain 's hackneyed theme runs thus, 

"The reason that the modern Italians are so poor is that most people have wised up to them. Other countries by reason of the modern education system,can do what the Italians used to do culturally-civic relationships are only a development of culture -better and cheaper. These days Italy is only a shipping point for Middle East oil going to other,better-managed and more adroit peoples and better-led countries."

Stage management. Numerology 

On the theme of the numerical order of the days and timing in the date of The Judgement. Let us examine these days by reference to the Book of Psalms. Since this blog is about exposing agents of foreign governments such as those of the US,it must be said that O Riordain's measured remarks in his choice of the date for his testimonial, were contrived and arcane.

 In summa,he posed as the Old Testament Judge (Book of Judges),notably as Joshua with his horn-blast at the walls of Jericho by way of a throaty cough.

 What O Riordain spoke in his apologia pro vita sua was contrived by no-one other than himself and by his fading memories of my limited dealings with him after September 1988 and his secret dealings with Mc Guinness and Adams of the IRA and his closer leanings towards syndicalism.

He cribbed Thomas O Connor,Tom Hunter,Tommie Boyle and Tom Mc Donnell,all police and Garda sources.

His was a hand stilled from brutality, internal squabbling and nefarious intrigues with East Germans,Czechs and Russians by my loquacious intervention of July-August 1988 (Der Spielplan,my "world plan").

An augur for things to come was flagged up by his sidekick, Eoin O Murchu in February 1989 in the Connolly Books emporium for scatterbrained headaches like himself.

(The role of O Riordain's literary executor hangs over Ireland like a dark cloud where it has been since August 1969. In his departure speech of January 1989, O Murchu added mention of a few passing acquaintances during his more than two  decades of 'proletarian activity' with Bulgarians and Hungarians. The latter were long unhappy that reform measures by Khrushchev had yielded no tangible economic results or political freedoms.

My counter-polation of a 'world plan' for democracy and international harmony and detente was in opposition to CIA poisoning in 1984-5 London and Dublin thuggery and Russian intrigue and espionage was represented in the personages of my above named enemies.

My 'world plan' had been anticipated.

The debate on a programme to bring the state collectivist arrangements to an end began under Khrushchev and reached fruition with detente in 1974 and the SALT Agreement in 1987. 

I merely spoke the part of the democratic multitudes against the gaggle of geese gathering around the political corpse of Stalinism. For my slogans,I had not been paid by Russian reformers.

What is known by pupils of German mores and ideas (such as those recorded by Schiller and Goethe) is  a worldview referred to as Der Spielplan (July -August 1988).

My rhetorical episode never features with public reminiscences of the type of O Riordain's puppet masters,the 'literary' mentors, dunces and corner-boys armed with knuckledusters and cutthroat razors of the Irish Army. 

Time and circumstance change everything.

A  belated riposte was The Judgement. That represented O Riordain's a capello rhodomontade or monologue. That represented a Stalinist reply to my monologue of July-August 1988.

No revolutionary development or plan such as mine for an Eastern transformation bears out better the great truth coined by Karl Marx,"The only constant is change."

"You summed O Riordain up perfectly in that speech you made when you were in Dublin by comparing him and the people around him as taking the ship onto the rocks. Neither him nor the rest of them had any bearings. They had no guiding star,any of them nor have socialists either, because none of them knew their real father. Your father gives you your beginning in life,not your mother as O Riordain claimed in his summing up of his life of illegal publishing and plagiarism and about yourself and Gorbachev namely that your mother was the architect of your downfall. What he should have said was that his mother spoiled him because he was an only child who never knew his father. I repeat because it's very difficult to get sense into you, Joseph,a boy takes after his father and a girl takes after her mother. Most of those in the public eye such as actors, writers,musicians and politicians and broadcasters don't know who their real parents are so don't leave it too late to turn off the radio and throw out those old books your house is full of and stop trying to sell them. Give them away to someone who is interested in that sort of thing,someone younger than you. Those books are forty or fifty years out of date and were not written when they were supposed to have been written. Don't buy any more of them and don't let me hear tell of you going down to Dublin to bring back more old rubbish like that. You'll live to regret associating with middle class intellectuals and people who carry weapons. One set can't protect you and the other set don't do anything for anyone."

This 'politician' stands at the head of a nest of vipers be it a family,a political group or part of such a group or even,forsooth,a union branch.

Tell him you ring him when you see the need to talk to him and to not send his three stooges-four is a military measure-to follow you around or mimic your voice when they intercept your friends either in the street or on the telephone.

Tell fair weather friends such as O Riordain,"You do nothing for anyone,least of all myself. I don't want to hear speeches or talk of rallies,demonstrations or commemorations. I want the money you owe because despite your representations,you have plenty of it all puroined by mercenary methods. Go to hell!"
