What loyalists are led to disbelieve is that the main obstacle to civil peace is the police and the NHS. Most republicans realise different but have no bargaining power or influence. The health service is policing's ready attendant. Both are government agencies which are involved in serious wrongdoing and crime.

The truth of the matter is that police terror and nationalist insurrectionism have given way to police nugatory abuse of ambient citizens and British subjects,both.

Loyalism and the police,civil society 

Noone trusts the police. Its entire footprint out of a population of two million souls is 25 000 despite generations of favourable publicity in the press and media. It is a declining force in the regulation of civil society. Its future role is open to bargaining. As even the country wiseacres realised twenty years ago (in out of the way places such as Ederney and Roslea and Newtownbutler) the future of the North's alignment is up for grabs.

That individual and the Vatican are only the public face of people such as Bill Gates and Catholic businessmen such as Sean Quinn and Sean Lynch who they hope will keep the money rolling in.

Be under no illusion,Irishmen and people of faith,the clergy take the side of the rich and powerful and are involved in intrigues against your best interests.

Pay the clergy what you owe them and go to Mass if you wish but have no dealings with them apart from charitable undertakings and gifts of alms to the missionary priests and other recognised good causes. If you do not,they will "weave a web around you that twenty men wouldn't get you out of".

I am referring to our rulers political strike.

The internet has already cost Britain its financial dominance.

China?

Doublespeak China doesn't have a claim to anything other than industrial piracy, imperialist exploitation and a watered-down version of media privacy. Its citizens broadcasts and internet literature are similar to those of the former Soviet Union,quixotic nonsense.

Will China be a behemoth of the information technology future?

China's industrial development is based on uneven and combined development and is governed by highly concentrated Western investment. Western capital is concentrated in the Asia-Pacific coastal regions. There are no real rights in intellectual property and there is no incentive to come up with anything new of a technical type,that is other than derivatives and adjuncts to old American and European designs. China's industrial model is based on a boutique economy. China and the Chinese are not a real innovator which could in the future be a hyper-techno-powerhouse.

The internet interface is a trigonometric representation based on algorithms. Individual self-regulation and free speech law determine the relation of  consumer and vendor and master. A machine cannot think,therefore. Google is a commercial money-spinning operation,not a Terminator version or andromeda.

There is no danger of robots or artificial intelligence overcoming humankind. There is NO such thing as TRUE AUTO-GENERATING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. The people who talk that nonsense do not realise that only a human mind can give something mechanical or technical directions or determine its functions and responses. No amount of research can give a machine a thinking, innovative mind.

 Mark Zuckerberg is a businessman not a thinker and attempts to attribute creative intelligence to a businessman are laughable.

Because the accessing devices copy and mimic the writing  style,speech and intonation of the writer creating a replica of the author and user of the device. The accessing device learns from the person and can never master him or turn him into his agent or agents.

Public psychiatry is a cult,a death-cult which sets aside the normal rules of a civilised society. 

Medical sirens and media darlings draw the unwary onto the rocks with their deadly entreaties. Psychiatric doctors can ruin the lives of the unsuspecting.

 Psychiatric craft practices ensnare even infant children,young men aspiring to pursue a career in law,music and commerce, expectant mothers,the building worker who risks his life daily working at heights,the poor and down-at-heel and the accomplished scholar,the naive spinster and the working man. 

Mouthpieces for the police and British Army bracket all their opponents as anti-social elements and criminals. Never do politicians question the mindset of the doctor and, less so,the doctor of no integrity. Nor does NHS administration pose questions as regards the credibility of the social worker with no real social insights.

On almost every occasion,the architect of this mass degradation, immense suffering and huge misery is the social worker or doctor or nurse or lawyer or politician or policeman. That in-house spy is responsible for incarceration in those places where the staff promulgate the parasitic ideologies of Freud and Jung. 

The General Medical Practitioner enforces the fascist ideology of Freud and Jung and atheistic Bolsheviks against the Catholic household. 

All medical practitioners openly counsel publicly-funded psychiatry. In its most noted form, psychiatry is a government cult based on false and deluded ideaisation, police violence, sectarian hatred and loyalist revenge-seeking.

How are we to compare that other set of dunghill flowers,the MI 5 harem who furnish the means of hospital birds of prey with their  carrion? Are they even normal people?

See them as winsome green-eared wallflowers who push their victims into the path of the medical omnibus. At university, MI 5 sirens advise the police to blacklist anyone with critical intelligence.

How is the injured party to respond?

By suing for lost earnings i.e. restraint of trade with a reputable solicitor or trade union firm of solicitors taking the case. The AUEW case ( Court of Appeal,Lord Denning,1974,1978) renders damages payable by the offending party. 

In Northern Ireland,it is the Northern Ireland Office and the RUC/PSNI which prohibit their political adversaries taking up offers of employment both in Ireland and abroad. 

The British Labour Party and Tory goons procure the services of psychotic monsters in medicine to do their dirty work for them, not just in this country but even in the case of refugees from the NHS/RUC/PSNI in France and Germany. The colonial police operate their casuistic plots abroad through Interpol. Internally to Germany the great deceivers operate through the Bundeskriminalamt. That government office disseminates illucid and unproven allegations. The French Interior Ministry act similarly through the Police pour la Sante et Securite.

A call for the re-examination of the standard of degrees awarded by the self-perpetuating elite at Queen's University,Belfast

 In my judgement and contemporary experience bears this out, Queen's University deliberately humiliated and systematically degraded generations of Catholic working class students and destroyed their lives, depriving them of their cherished career choices.

I am thinking of wordy buffoons such as Barry Malcolm,Colin Campbell,Herby Wallace,Brian Childs and Brice Dickson. As for the female tutors in my university years,they hadn't a clue about what they were talking. They were playing silly games to curry favour with university authorities and the unionist politicians at whose initiative their posts were awarded.

My studied observation is what it was then. In controversial fields,the unionist bimbos and Castle Catholics were given preferential treatment. I am thinking in particular of people in my echelon such as Rafferty,Walsh, Doran and Larkin.

The record is clear. It could not be clearer. The dunces and know-nothin's with no glowing academic records before their admission to the Law Faculty were given 'top marks' for bland ignorance of their chosen field. Call-girls graduated with superior 'qualifications'.

With hindsight,my concerns are somewhat frivolous. Times have moved on. Pro- British Interlopers and wall-flowers who discriminated on political,social,religious and national grounds must go in the next couple of years and leave our shores. They, like other university lecturers and professors, have overstayed their welcome. There can be no reconciliation between Gael and Gall. The problems have been here for generations,if not centuries. I say to strangers and collaborators,"GO! AND GO NOW!"

Queen's degrees are not very highly regarded outside Northern Ireland because the lecturers are all Protestant. They are told by their superiors to mark down the astute and gifted because it is a clash of opposites. The best students are Catholics not those scoring high marks. All top lecturers receive money from the police for information and the police are particularly interested in humiliating Catholic students. An educated person is the only person who can get the better of a policeman unless he is a medical student. The latter are brought up to obey the police. Trinity is the same as Queen's in the South. Protestant students are given the best degrees there but very few of them ever get work or are gainfully employed after their time at Trinity. UCD graduates hold a monopoly on salaried employment in the South.

Every trade union has its police liaison officer because that's how most trade union officials find out about labour discontent and threatened strikes. Similarly with judicial inquiries.

Class interests find their shape in legal and medical and public interest (or police) privilege before the courts.

Knowing all the facts of life, Labour who are the only decent party of the English, began an ambitious plan of reform and far-reaching change at both the top and bottom of the legal process.

In opposition to Blair's comprehensive set of reforms,events and judicial changes, professional self-regulation by the medical  profession has almost entirely usurped the power of the courts to deliver timely and proper outcomes based on good law and informed thinking. Medical  privilege has set aside the proper sovereignty of parliament and abrogated all judicial precedent. A dead end has been reached requiring further legal change and profound reforms and positive change in electoral choices.

With hindsight and with the experience of having a case before the courts for over twenty five years,it has become transparently obvious to myself that the reforming element in politics has very little to show in terms of real progress.

....the Police Ombudsman and Crime Commissioner are a hindrance,not a help because they are administrative bodies and all administrative remedies must be exhausted in every single instance of alleged police misconduct before a case can proceed to  court. 

Greater hurdles are put in place by other interested parties such as J.P.'s, doctors and magistrates and politicians. Even doom-mongers such as Communists (and not forgetting similar eejits in tiny political groups such as the PBP,Socialist Party and Militant Left and Workers Party) erect obstacles to the giving of evidence before a court of law. 

I say,there are countless obstacles to putting doctors and police in prison for criminal offences and criminal defamation, not forgetting the habitual practice of medical manslaughter and hospital thuggery. (All doctors kill,sooner or later).

 Go to a solicitor at the earliest opportunity when police harassment, public nuisance and medical intimidation become features of life for you.

Talking to psychopaths

Nobody knows better than a criminal that he has committed a crime. Don't be fooled by the thin patina of normality drawn over police-medical conspiracies. Most in Northern Ireland and Europe are involved openly in preparations for crime with a view to getting their hands on what does not belong to them. They have the active assistance of their friends in the clergy and business. All will fight tooth-and-nail to hold on to the proceeds of gambling with their lives,not to mention their families' lives. Vengeance can be a lot swifter than a court of law.

Political meddling in the NHS

What are the Policing Board for Northern Ireland and the Stormont Assembly Health Committee other than facades whose personnel's political leanings must be carefully scrutinized from a safe distance?

The supervision and parliamentary efforts of "I'll have another one, barman, before I drive home" Gildernew and the hen party which has taken over the scrutiny of the PSNI are for window-dressing purposes only. 

All part,I am sad to say,of the crumbling facade of the Good Friday Agreement.

That political facade cost my sister her life. Former police reservists,UDR thugs and local hooligans killed her to satisfy their appetite for revenge.

Note also the distressed young women in the Police Ombudsman's Office and their appetite for big cars and expensive apartments. They and the guttersnipes in the police are paid well for closing complaints against British Army murder gangs.

All the Western world led by the governments of the UK,France and Germany live behind facades erected by PR stuntmen of this sort although,in Britain, administrative measures are of recent origin.

The scandals of police gangsterism revealed by the Police Ombudsman have served to expose the corruption and ineptitude of the Northern Ireland Police Authority fronted up by Phyllis Bateson (MI 5 / Sinn Fein) in the 1980's.

 Miss Bateson was pushed into the frontline by the Faculty of Law at Queen's. The Catholic Church hierarchy was left in the dark about police activities. If a politician insults you in public,that is his true voice like the rising falsetto of a Thatcherite scream. He values only his public image. That is why he is drawn to public life and human intercourse.

A sectarian politician only cares about his public image and his standing in the community. If a (leftist) guru insults you in front of his soulmates,it is because he finds you an obstacle to his ascent to power. If he is an Irish revolutionary socialist or anarchist type or armed man,he equates a great man with a religious  philosopher and bon litterateur. 

If you are treated in this fashion by a politician or other person or a Provo,turn your face against him or her and have nothing more to do with him. His mien is a sign that he fears rejection at the polls. 

Alternatively,his or her career before the electorate may have run its course and new contenders have emerged to hoodwink, cajole and mislead the public on behalf of Irish revolutionary causes. The portents can be read easily by cognoscenti.

In the long history of Ireland, the full=time religious have always been treacherous and disobedient to political authority. They have openly collaborated with the British at every level and continue to do so. The Vatican is responsible for the most flagrant breaches of trust. It has always preferred its prodigal son, Britain,Britannicorum ecclesiae natu primogenitu.

The Catholic Church in Ireland has exercised a pernicious secular intolerance to all things Irish since the development of separatism.

 When saint Patrick arrived as a convert, Ireland was a unified nation. Since Augustine’s time starts the division of Ireland into two kingdoms and the abandonment of the seat of political authority, Tara. 

By the time of the arrival of the English, Ireland had been divided into over one hundred minor kingdoms with no central authority. 

A house divided against itself cannot stand.

 The minor kings had endowed thereligious  with land and property which they were to lose through the Vatican's  machinations with the English. In the thirteenth century the Pope gave Henry II a Papal Bull to conquer Ireland. Black propaganda from a welsh monk called Gerald of Wales set the scene for invasion. The Vatican celebrated the victory of William of Orange, a usurper, at the Battle of the Boyne with bonfires in Rome. This victory was to lead to the almost complete expropriation of Irish Catholics from their land and property and legal proscriptions on the clergy themselves. After gaining the English Establishment's support in the fight against Irish republicanism, the Irish clergy were rewarded with the grant of Maynooth university by George III in 1796.

 By their manipulation of education and knowledge the clergy were in a position to dominate Ireland until recent years. They undermined the Fenian movement and the IRA in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and excommunicated the clerical, Eamon De Valera.

 Their influence destroyed the Irish language. 

In modern times they have betrayed the insurgent movement and betrayed its members to the police. Canon McE.J of Lisnaskea gave information to the MI6 chief and paedophile, O.M, in the 1980’s when Thatcher sent MI6 to coordinate intelligence gathering and state assassinations.

 At an individual level, the clergy are devious and manipulative. They hand out slanderous references for employment with the insinuation that they are not be favourable to the job applicant. Libel has always been used by the clergy against those who do not obey their dictates. 

In education, they have a monopoly and abuse their power. In their teaching of Irish history, the clergy consistently revise and rewrite their contemporary remarks and instructions throughout history.

 At all levels from top to bottom with only a handful of exceptions, the Catholic clergy function as a bribed tool of imperialist intrigue.

Agents.

 The Military 

The recruitment of principals or fountains of ideas and writers of reform and revolutionary publications such as Marx and Lenin is the basic and main task of armies in peacetime and, sometimes,in wartime. The military look to their principals for leadership and guidance and bestow to them the legal burden of liability for the activities of the soldiers.

 In Ireland, Irish military intelligence became the agents of the CIA, the kingpins of the principal and agency system, after a secret government agreement in 1952. In Ireland,recruitment of principals is express and is by invitation. 

The principals are invariably drawn from the poor or lower middle class which correspond to the class background of soldiers and their officers themselves.

 They are warned by those soldiers who have married into their families that they will have “the life of a dog” but “more power than a general”. 

Behind the politicians who are in the limelight stand these principals whose consciousness in words and actions is closely controlled and carefully manipulated. Principals are identified at a young age on the basis of outstanding intellectual ability and extraordinary achievement.

 To prepare them for their destiny as leaders they are often brutalised to “toughen them up” or “to make a man of them”. 

The military manipulate the press and media internationally to ‘prime’ the principal with what they deem is suitable information. They ‘pay’ their principals with feedback and street commentaries and manifestations from their verissimilitudes.

Monitoring. Listening devices and close surveillance provide an insight into the domestic life and thinking of the principal.

 The theft and expropriation of ideas and copying of publications is not remunerated. That is a breach of copyright, the oldest Irish law, and intellectual property theft. The politicians have no ideas of their own, thus they need regular inputs. Like Haughey, they regard the impoverished principal as "national assets". The imputsp to politicians in the public eye areo largely the output of the principals. 

In truth the ‘handlers’ in the army are the agents of the intelligence agencies and not of their principals. 

The US dimension

The politicians pushed to the front in the US are often of Scottish extraction, the favourite pawns of the Irish Americans in the Pentagon for generations. They are aware of the Protestant character of the US. The Scots display strong characteristics of violence and uncontrolled behaviour. 

The Russian dimension

In Russia, the manipulators have wrong footed themselves with Vladimir Putin, an insider-turned-politician who refused to be manipulated and thrust aside for a Brezhnev-type drunken lout. He has, temporarily,(2008) accepted for his part that it is sometimes better to be number two for a clearer, more objective vision of reality. As a law graduate, he is not just intelligent but clever. His cleverness and wry smile originate from his service as an insider in the KGB.

The German dimension

 The Germans manipulated Marx as did the Russians Lenin but only Lenin enjoyed regular support in the state creed. 

The Pentagon and CIA aim for “full spectrum dominance” not just in world politics but also in control of their hundreds of principals in forms of information control.

The Chinese dimension

 The Chinese have also adopted the system and are cultivating a young teenager from Shanghai. Think what one will of principals and agents, it is the way of the world.

 Political Policing: The role of private security contractors. 

To create their ‘commentary’ the secret police and military have enlisted many former soldiers into private security firms. I first encountered this phenomenon with C.D, D.J and F.D. while working in London. C.D was addicted to cocaine which debarred him form permanent military service. He had served in the Foreign Legion. After they left the building site, a staged accident designed to kill me occurred.

 When discharged from the army, former soldiers and trainee soldiers are enlisted into private security firms. On the basis of movements intelligence,they insinuate themselves into situations where their target is present, then they can make their unbalanced remarks.

 Soldiers are widely dispersed throughout the south and insinuate themselves into such organisations as the GAA for private gain to their family. They use their influence to place their  children in employment with social organisations. Occasionally,their children continue their work on behalf of the state and military intelligence. The soldiers advance their espionage activities as collateral for their employment and that of their siblings.

To ‘get at’ insurgents and radicals, police and military and intelligence agencies insert cryptic messages in the newspapers through their manipulation of the media, particularly the press. The press is dependent on the police press office for large amounts of copy. Refusal to comply with police directions leads to the loss of police cooperation.

 On the basis of observation, the former soldiers are in a position to report which newspapers their target reads. Through the Irish News and the Daily Mail,the sub editors direct their feedback to police targets on the basis of political intelligence from current affairs editors and fetching headlines from sub-editors. This represents their political commentary. 

This commentary is a form of military intelligence feedback during the months of targeting and represents a form of personal, intuitive,journalistic commentary. These news headlines are directed at their target in news columns. Catchy newspaper headlines are confined to sporting punditry;the favoured outlets for this misinformation in the Irish News are the columns of the racing and sporting correspondents. In the Daily Mail these headlines with a cryptic message are almost exclusively run under the sporting columns. 

Political Policing :Who? Agents? The medical mafia 

The doctors form a self-perpetuating elite above society and beyond legal retribution. They are chosen from the upper strata of the ruling classes by others of the same ilk. In psychiatry, Irish and British doctors plumb the lowest depths of insolence, incompetence and outright fraud. 

In Germany, doctors are more open but receive only one quarter of the salary of British and Irish doctors. 

 We will concentrate on psychiatrists since political psychiatry is a long-established component of political policy.

 The psychiatrists operate an insidious and pernicious system. The operate as confidence tricksters endeavouring to win the trust and confidence of their victims. Without convincing the police target of their insinuations of integrity,they cannot undermine the self-assurance or morale of working people. Accompanying the use of force in bringing the targets to the psychiatric hospitals the doctors firstly endeavour to let the victims ‘stew in silence’ for a time before their interviews. They use threats of force in abuse of legal rights to detain their target and to persuade them to stay in hospital voluntarily. In their interviews, doctors interpret natural phenomena as abnormal. They seek to convince the patient that he has condemned himself out of his own mouth. They throw filthy, degenerate labels at their target with the suave aplomb of professional murderers. Still later,they do not hesitate to use violence to wound, assault and poison their victims in secure wards. To disrupt communication, the politically dissatisfied are rarely comfined at the same time. The doctors exploit sibling rivalries and are the mentors and confidantes  of distraught mothers. They present themselves as a suave host for tales of domestic troubles. They comply with requests for the confinement of disobedient sons and daughters who have joined the insurgency. 

The international dimensions. Precedents

 Political psychiatry is as widely practiced in the United States as it was in the former Soviet Union to silence dissidents. 

In the Soviet Union psychiatric hospitals took the place of Labour camps in the early 1960s. 

In the United States there are two methods for the release of inmates of the asylums (as well as the vilified prisoners). 

In Ireland the foundation of the lunatic asylums in the 1860s coincides with the growing influence of the police. In every country, the privileged doctors barter medicine to the service of the police and political classes. When one thinks of psychiatrists, one is reminded of the quotation from the Book of Romans (3:13-16),"Their words are full of deadly deceit, wicked lies roll off their tongues, and dangerous threats, like snake’s poison, from their lips,their speeches filled with bitter insults. They are quick too hurt others; they leave ruin and destruction wherever they go."

 

"Putting the boot in".Two media idiots

 On RTE Radio One at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday the 24th of January 2013 two thundering disgraces spoke on the death of the old Bailey Bomber, Marion Price. These journalists pursue their activities not out of a sense of decency but out of a deeply disturbing desire for money. 

Eamonn the con man with an unexplained income of 150,000 euro per annum was interviewed by the hysterical Mary Wilson, daughter of the former Fianna Fail Minister of Education. The interviewee has been living on his past, namely, of involvement in agitation for civil rights. He has falsely insinuated that he was the leader of the civil rights movement in Derry and the six counties.

 There is no truth to these claims.

 On this occasion the speaker was holding forth on the death of Dolores Price in his usual pompous and overbearing manner.

The reality is that the charlatan will not lift a finger to.help his "comrades" who are confined in a special psychiatric unit for leftist organisers. Help? From him? None whatsoever! When confronted with legalised medical murder the NHS/SWP mafia slinked off. 

McCann’s sympathies with prison wardens and the terrorising ofyoung offenders in Hydebank Young Offenders' Centre. 

There too he agitated for “trade union rights”. He takes the side of the oppressor and the aggressor on every occasion against the interests of the unfortunate and oppressed. This bears out Marx’s nostrum: everything turns into its opposite. A true irony! A fine civil rights activist indeed in the Marxist tradition.

He was in good company on this occasion.

 Mary Wilson, anxious to follow his trajectory of moral apathy over the airwaves and in favour of a return to economic chaos and bankruptcy,financial wheeler-dealing, as a journalist assists the elected government.

How to measure a college dropout and a medical faculty reject holding forth on the problems of the day on public service broadcasting?

Little wonder Mitt Romney advocateded th closure of public service broadcasting in the US. 

Precisely how much are the lay population and ordinary people paying in advertising on TV licences for this baloney?

“What is a wave?” . 

Police use waves of same colours,sensations or movements as the Republican target regardless of the person or object's language or origins.

The 'street players'?

They are selected by the Special Branch, Military Intelligence and Her Majesty's Loyal Lieutenant and in the courts. 

Child Informants? 

It is the habit of the police to recruit these child informants. In the years of the civil war in the North of Ireland, particularly concerning those within the realm of the RUC,two recruit child informants were recruited to spy on often more talented members of their family. These recruits invariably suffered from a personality disorder later in life. This is due to the sublimination of thoughts, feelings and emotions at an early prepubescent phase. The age of criminal responsibility has been reduced to eight years in the North of Ireland by the courts.

In November 2012 David Ford, Minister for Justice in the Stormont Parliament, announced plans to raise the age of criminal responsibility to 12 years. 

Therefore, the police can’t make good sense of an infant of eight-year years old, at present. This is the age they are allowed by law to recruit a child informant and pay them with the pennies from overcharging by cooperative shopkeepers. These shopkeepers report to the Community Liaison Officer or Community Support Officer on a casual basis on their troubled families and relatives and relations and their associations. In practise as with M.G They later are recruited into the PSNI/RUC from their troubled families and mobilised for the purposes of sectarian intimidation, obstructionism and harassment.

 The Canaille. The "street scenes"

 The scum of society, the criminal classes reject help and prey on the unsuspecting. Criminals are of uncertain parentage and resent questioning as to their parentage.

Criminals react unreasonably or react with excess violence when referred to as “bastards”. They are the readymade tools for street dramatics. These are organised by the Secret Service (MI6) and "willing tools of reactionary intrigue” (Marx).

A recommended enactment,a Policing Act...

Many of us believe that we should have some of the police confined to barracks and reporting requirements every ten minutes for others either as individuals or collectively. 

Why? 

To stop them becoming a professional nuisance and a source of stress and annoyance to the public.

 We need a proper political structure for proper debate and sound legislation in Northern Ireland, something sadly absent here and in other European jurisdictions which aspire to be prosperous,law-governed states.

Police defiance of politicians and the laws of the land and the rules of civil government is open and blatant and crude here in our prison state. Police activities are designed to harass and annoy. They emulate the worst excesses of Nazi Germany.

The police recklessly and systematically challenge civil society rules and norms. They often defy the mores and customs of good governance of public affairs. The phenomenon requires tight restrictions on the disruptive activities and bizarre behaviour of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.

My bitter experience of policing and my suggestion learned from experience 

The key to the North's dilemma with roaming gangs of armed policemen is to draw their teeth,namely,take away their guns. According to the normal rules of civil society,people should not be threatened by these people or street combers in the pay of the Home Office and Ministry of Defence. In street scenes, deaf,dumb and blind kids are deployed by police,probation officers,special schools and civil society groups. These hapless innocents have been told they are taking part in a 'play'.

A 'play'?

A 'play' that ends in death or chronic, untreatable insanity as did Tommy O Brien's and Martin Cahill's parlour games on the public paths of Dublin in the 1990's.

 A "minor irritant"( Lenin)? 

No,a major public nuisance in the towns and cities such as Dublin. 

The 'appearance fee'?

 Approximately €5 in the South;in the North,£2.

The response?

Say,"Skat!" or,if you are a trade unionist, say,"Join Equity!".

Which counsels guide their activity?

The colonial legacy is secret courts system summoned by the Secretary of State and operated by judges in chambers in defiance of the Trials and Tribunals Act 1715, the cornerstone of public law.

For the many of us beset by the few acting on the orders of judges in secret courts ('Star Chambers'),those of us unaware of a para-judicial instance,we suffer not knowing accuser or charge.

Some important steps forward could be taken.

Firstly,let us arrest judges and false witnesses and question them as to their whereabouts at certain times.

Second,let us change the Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act 1976 regarding the legal duty to report that a crime has been committed and the requirement to report criminal acts or activity. 

Since the enactment of the Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act,we have steadily developed into a vigilantee society. 

The investigation of crime and TAKING REPORTS OF CRIME IS A POLICE ACTIVITY. The public apart from those immediately concerned should not be under any duty to assist the police.

 Let the police do their own job and stop suborning false witnesses before secret tribunals and courts.

End the coercion of the public.

Another enactment which is badly needed is a Registration of Foreign Agents Act.

Such an act would largely deal with Indian doctors dispatched to the South of England by the Home Office and Foreign and Commonwealth Office to police journalists, writers, artists, musicians and the intelligentsia. These tickertspe novelists soon leave the sunnier meadows of the South East for pastures afresh where their dissembling skills are most required,former mining areas and areas run by nationalist middlemen and hawkers of time expired 'fruit of the loom'.

In 1984-5 the US Government became involved in policing and recruiting child informers at Lissue Children's Hospital in the personage of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Patricia Sharkey was the agent handler and child psychologist in the lead role of family policing.

A Registration of Foreign Agents Act reconstructs our sovereignty and neutrality.

 Unless we expel foreign marauders,we can not claim to be an independent, unaligned country. It may seem like a retrograde step but we do not want to have our country reduced to the level of a filthy Asian colony of the US or run by Indians and Asians.

Fascism. Prolix mental breakdown in the judiciary.The paralysis of the mind in tribunal chairmen,the legal profession and implacable judges

 Laws and judgements are supposed to be "directly enforceable and directly applicable" but where does one find anything other than immobility by judges and legal functionaries and moral concupiscence with the oppressor in the legal profession?

It is another case of where arbitration and conciliation and judgement should be carried out free of charge by tribunal chairmen and judges. These roles should be positions of honour not power and reward by self-seeking idiots called Q. C.'s and hit-and-run drunken Orangemen. Two such fools who presided over Mental Health Review Tribunals in 2000 and 2006 in my instance were Long Neville Morrow and Long Bob Elliott.

We say of pigs such as judges or magistrates,"You have neither the wit nor wisdom or the elementary sense to avoid a fight or armed conflict by directing public affairs in a colonial  setting be conducted within the law and with a view to the enforcement of basic rights. You in the not very distant future must leave our shores, never to return. You are collaborators with the brutal dictates of police government. Take the psychiatric nurses and doctors with you when you go on your travels wherever you go and DON'T EVER COME BACK!"

Going to law against doctors,nurses,social workers and police......

 The courts are not best suited for a contest between a litigant claiming the malice or negligence of a doctor since on many occasions, reference must be given to trial and error procedures and doctors feel that they have an overriding imperative to poison and kill their antagonist to conceal their mistakes. Their investigative procedures may or may not work and outcomes be viewed as professional matters involving all forms of uncertainties and loose leads.

However because of the presence of an aggressive, sectarian,politicised police force (and medicine women governed solely by their tides and issues linked to the female menopause and post-menopausal condition) and arrant upper class ill-temperedness, many lawyers have let loose a string of accusations and suits from their offices against clear and definite errors of judgement.

In the North of Ireland,the key appointments of hospital psychiatrists is at the disposal of the Secretary of State and the Head of the N.I.O. Secretariat, Jonathan Powell a position held during the NHS-PSNI-MI 5 Terror by Jonathan Cain.

When you go to law against an Indian ju-ju merchant and Establishment shrink and overpaid doctor for violent misconduct,for poisoning,for casual libel and for serial defamation by a coven of MI 5 witches and political prostitutes and for abuse of power and against the police for acting ultra vires,you must be prepared for a helter skelter of abuse, physical and verbal.

By who?

By cult members such as psychiatrists and their able helpers, members of the Orange Order, the sporting set and Freemasons in the police.

 You will receive precious little assistance from anyone in the trade unions and political occupations. These days because you cannot expect tangible support from even trades unions,you can not avoid arbitrary injustice. The causes are the collapse of social democracy and the legacy of Blair's elective dictatorship. Blair's tenure in office marked Britain's swansong as a modern power able to field an inventory of proper laws, armies, military tactics,men and materials.

Going to law for justice,then?

One word of warning. As my solicitor perceived on 17 September 1999,you must be prepared to go THE WHOLE WAY. After the resolution of civil matters, you should be prepared to give evidence before a criminal court.

Why? 

In prevalent conditions,to have all the THUGS connected to the RUC/PSNI/NHS and British Army and SAS locked up in prison.

 Courts and prisons exist to DETER CRIMINALS such as Cody,Davidson, Manley, Rogers,Mc Cartney,Mc Grath,Mc Curry, Flanagan,Anderson, Maguire,O Neill and Sharkey,not to reform anyone but to prevent those types of people causing even more death and serious injuries.

Lengthy court proceedings?

When you are on the cusp of success against the circus of fools known as doctors and police,you will meet your solicitor in a church where,try as he might,he cannot conceal a look of glee at a successful outcome which he has received advance notice of from a sympathetic court clerk or upright judge. That high-up or low-down informant may be of a different philosophical leaning to himself and your barrister. He is invariably a man who sees it as his fundamental role to uphold the rights of the individual and concerned citizen against oppression, violence and threats of indefinite imprisonment. 

After this pre-emptive judgement,your main opponent will most certainly appear with a crestfallen appearance. His or her 'cover' has been blown and he has had to sell his house and property which he acquired through dishonesty and insider trading to meet his legal costs. That individual is the main orchestrator of the street terror which threatens to immolate you. He is the kingpin who dispatches spies to report back on your every remark. He answers to the police and some errant dickheads who consider themselves above the judicial authorities. He is a heart a naif who fails to realise that,once set in motion,the wheels of justice cannot be turned back.

Whatever a solicitor might say in advance of judgement,he has a good knowledge of the likely outcome. A solicitor though guided by the system of justice-that system is governed by the rules of legal practice-is a creature of instinct who tackles even the wildest beast. Choosing his clientele well,he has a nose for a good reputation and a first class knowledge of even the sternest,most uncompromising litigant's strong points and foibles. A good solicitor is well used to dealing with petty bickering and adversarial flights of fancy, particularly those of a litigant despairing of a successful outcome.

Suing psychiatrists

When you take a doctor or Crown witness-I am thinking of Eaman Corrigan or Paul Hughes- to law for libel,the main culprit will have stayed in the background. He is a clergyman, businessman or advocate of 'free' living with no real insights or personal experience or knowledge of any subject other than religion,moneymaking or criminology. That person acts alone without a proper sense of Reason. He sees not- he has not read the Book of Hebrews or the Book of Revelations -the inexorable advance of his ruination in the person of a well-chosen lawyer,a responsible advocate and in the entreaties of a learned,mature and experienced judge the fatal embrace of his immortal destiny. A legally binding decision seals his fate. It is manifested in a judgement against his profiteering, illegal activities, priestly games and self-deluding foibles. Law casts aside his net of intrigue.  His degrace was always a foregone conclusion, be he prince or pauper. 

Your adversary,the court system 

In the legal finale when he is compelled to give evidence,he falters. Then,his pride and arrogance are revealed. Under pressure to account rationally for serious crimes and arrant mischief on his part,his memory fails him. Eventually either mind or body collapse under the weight of legal contradictions and his inner demons- he always held unreal perspectives with no basis in fact- consume him and he is shown up as a fool. 

That clergyman,social worker or lay advocate had entirely unrealistic expectations of himself and others. His god was money and his aim was fallible, 'death or glory'. The problem he saw in his legal opponent and the fatal embrace of judgement are in actuality his own well-known problem,a personal perspective and an unrealistic mindset and idiosyncratic, out-of-date views.

While your solicitor has his eyes firmly fixed on his quarry,his reports may be either sketchy or in outline only. He may elucidate the gist of his court pleadings,legal heads of claim or rehash well-known principles of civil and procedural justice and the odd revealing insight which reveals the true professional cunning,the burning loathing of a particular category and class of person and a bright desire to see justice done whatever might be the cost to him or his client.

When victory is in sight and he has smelt the blood of a mortally wounded opponent,he will not be able to conceal his pleasure and contempt for the defendant and will ridicule those "worthies" who thought they could hoodwink a judge and distract a lawyer. The latter do so with the aim of allowing a lawbreaker to escape, allowing him the fleeting pleasure of his "trivial pursuits".Very few lawyers fall for pub-talk or the small talk of these "rambling boys of pleasure".

Denouement before the courts

Seeing the course through to its bitter end as we are all inclined to do- Ol' Lady Law is a Slow Learner and a Harsh Mistress-requires that," When going to Law,we do not change horses in mid-stream, particularly when we have acquired through circumstance or political engagement many Fair Weather Friends and a coterie of female admirers anxious to dig deep into our pockets without ever having exerted themselves on our behalf or engaged openly at the court level as witnesses or been involved in any trade or profession apart from pettyfogging and parlour games".The latter's idea of armed and mortal combat is hatpins at dawn,a game of consanguineous marbles or rhetorical skittles, idle street-jiving or dating invitations. The male thug and shit stirrer (and those such as Ronnie Drew and folksters might sing about "a digging match and a fight" and Leninists and socialist agitators and wreckers) might carp on about "political exposures"," investigative journalism" and "police exposures" but the courts adjudicate on legal matters not corner-boys with concealed knives.

As a proper melody has it,the alternative to law is war and thuggery. Ditto,those random acts of violence which are idolised by insurgents and their fellow travellers.

 Behind the law stands force,armed force and a gun which "banishes fear with the speed of a flame".

 In drunken reminiscing,rebels are recreating Luke Kelly's death from inhaling his own vomit. Others response to ballad groups and rebel songsters is, "Accidents will happen even to heroes such as he" (Pete St. John, Smith of Bristol).

If you go to law against a doctor or other medical practitioner,do not allow yourself to be drawn into a legal battle against your solicitor,too. That is known as double jeopardy because you will be hit with all sorts of legal arguments and quixotic arrangements.

The legal process can be long drawn-out and complex. Contradiction lies at the heart of adversarial law. Be patient and the legal process will eventually yield results if you have chosen a careful and fastidious lawyer, one with an eye for every relevant detail and one with good powers of discernment.

When someone disowns you on a Saturday or Sunday, never have anything more to do with him. He will have you "hung" i.e. arrested or declared insolvent at the first opportunity.

When I say have nothing to do with such a churl,HAVE NOTHING to do with him but take anything he offers you because it is well earned by yourself and others in your circle. That was something Marx did not understand or Lenin either. One talked of the "sectarian" as regards small groups of affiliates.
