A schizophrenic is a party politician or public spokesperson for a civil society group or cause such as psychiatry or an advocate of the NHS who cannot see that public medicine often leads to premature death and a pauper's end at that. Society and medical freaks
It is inviting and very easy for eclectic thinkers to attach significance to doctors random accusations or to their own meandering thoughts in custody but to try to discern the purpose of doctors' hidden ruminations for the rabbit caught in the headlights, doctors notions and internal reasoning must be treated as a very serious matter. Often their victims require legal assistance.

As of 2019,this number amounted to 372 000,of whom 202 000 were classified as "mentally ill".
