Prolixity of laws or proximity to decision making?

Before a law is passed in Ireland it has to be unanimously approved by the Council of State and remains cocooned like a boast in an oyster until that juncture. If it is not so approved,the President is morally and legally obliged to refer it to the Supreme Court to test its legality. The same is the case with the European Union.

In Britain we have a Spanish 'camarilla' or a plant with roots (not the police 'plant' who comes to your home to infer that you are the police source,not him). In Britain,the Privy Council is consulted by the head of state but the sovereign power has no power to approve or disapprove enactments or controvert regulations which infringe long-standing legal rights granted by the Constitution,a system which is built on checks and balances on those in positions of power. That is the role of the House of Lords Judicial Committee which can only strike down a law where a substantive breach of rights or obligations or pre-existing laws relating to the Constitution has taken place.

Every trade union has its police liaison officer because that's how most trade union officials find out about labour discontent and threatened strikes. They do not hesitate to have people arrested but they push a woman in to the frontline to take the blame for their activities. Their only God is some obscure group with about ten or fifteen members.

Similarly with judicial inquiries.

Class interests find their shape in legal and medical and public interest (or police) privilege before the courts.

Knowing all the facts of life, Labour who are the only decent party of the English, began an ambitious plan of reform and far-reaching change at both the top and bottom of the legal process.

In opposition to Blair's comprehensive set of reforms,events and judicial changes, professional self-regulation by the medical  profession has almost entirely usurped the power of the courts to deliver timely and proper outcomes based on good law and informed thinking. Medical  privilege has set aside the proper sovereignty of parliament and abrogated all judicial precedent. A dead end has been reached requiring further legal change and profound reforms and positive change in electoral choices.

With hindsight and with the experience of having a case before the courts for over twenty five years,it has become transparently obvious to myself that the reforming element in politics has very little to show in terms of real progress.

....the Police Ombudsman and Crime Commissioner are a hindrance,not a help because they are administrative bodies and all administrative remedies must be exhausted in every single instance of alleged police misconduct before a case can proceed to  court. 

Greater hurdles are put in place by other interested parties such as J.P.'s, doctors and magistrates and politicians. Even doom-mongers such as Communists (and not forgetting similar eejits in tiny political groups such as the PBP,Socialist Party and Militant Left and Workers Party) erect obstacles to the giving of evidence before a court of law. 

I say,there are countless obstacles to putting doctors and police in prison for criminal offences and criminal defamation, not forgetting the habitual practice of medical manslaughter and hospital thuggery. (All doctors kill,sooner or later).

 Go to a solicitor at the earliest opportunity when police harassment, public nuisance and medical intimidation become features of life for you.

Talking to psychopaths

Nobody knows better than a criminal that he has committed a crime. Don't be fooled by the thin patina of normality drawn over police-medical conspiracies. Most in Northern Ireland and Europe are involved openly in preparations for crime with a view to getting their hands on what does not belong to them. They have the active assistance of their friends in the clergy and business. All will fight tooth-and-nail to hold on to the proceeds of gambling with their lives,not to mention their families' lives. Vengeance can be a lot swifter than a court of law.

Resort to civil and criminal litigation

The only permanent guarantee of rights is a court of law. Someone who thinks that a British Prime Minister or English politician is serious about human rights and justice is rightly the target of open mockery and loud derision in Catholic Ireland. GAELS OF LAUGHTER,in fact!

Irish separatists,no matter how low their IQ or meagre their schooling,get the principal feature of imperialism right.

Such reproof opens English people and the idle wasters who they attract in the anti-imperialist camp up to ridicule when they pontificate from high stools about the Soviet Union and "ultra leftists". Read the rabid prose in their publications for proof of that simple fact.

Political meddling in the NHS

What are the Policing Board for Northern Ireland and the Stormont Assembly Health Committee other than facades whose personnel's political leanings must be carefully scrutinized from a safe distance?

The supervision and parliamentary efforts of "I'll have another one, barman, before I drive home" Gildernew and the hen party which has taken over the scrutiny of the PSNI are for window-dressing purposes only. 

All part,I am sad to say,of the crumbling facade of the Good Friday Agreement.

That political facade cost my sister her life. Former police reservists,UDR thugs and local hooligans killed her to satisfy their appetite for revenge.

Note also the distressed young women in the Police Ombudsman's Office and their appetite for big cars and expensive apartments. They and the guttersnipes in the police are paid well for closing complaints against British Army murder gangs.

All the Western world led by the governments of the UK,France and Germany live behind facades erected by PR stuntmen of this sort although,in Britain, administrative measures are of recent origin.

The scandals of police gangsterism revealed by the Police Ombudsman have served to expose the corruption and ineptitude of the Northern Ireland Police Authority fronted up by Phyllis Bateson (MI 5 / Sinn Fein) in the 1980's.

 Miss Bateson was pushed into the frontline by the Faculty of Law at Queen's. The Catholic Church hierarchy was left in the dark about police activities. If a politician insults you in public,that is his true voice like the rising falsetto of a Thatcherite scream. He values only his public image. That is why he is drawn to public life and human intercourse.

A politician only cares about his public image and his standing in the community. If a leftist guru insults you in front of his soulmates,it is because he finds you an obstacle to his ascent to power. If he is an Irish revolutionary socialist or Provo type or armed man,he equates a great man with a litterateur. 

If you are treated in this fashion by a politician or other person or a Provo,turn your face against him or her and have nothing more to do with him. His mien is a sign that he fears rejection at the polls. 

Alternatively,his or her career before the electorate may have run its course and new contenders have emerged to hoodwink, cajole and mislead the public on behalf of revolutionary causes. The portents can be read easily by cognoscenti.

The Catholic Church in Ireland has exercised a pernicious secular intolerance to all things Irish since the development of separatism.

 When saint Patrick arrived as a convert, Ireland was a unified nation. Since Augustine’s time starts the division of Ireland into two kingdoms and the abandonment of the seat of political authority, Tara. 

By the time of the arrival of the English, Ireland had been divided into over one hundred minor kingdoms with no central authority. 

A house divided against itself cannot stand.

 The minor kings had endowed thereligious  with land and property which they were to lose through the Vatican's  machinations with the English. In the thirteenth century the Pope gave Henry II a Papal Bull to conquer Ireland. Black propaganda from a welsh monk called Gerald of Wales set the scene for invasion. The Vatican celebrated the victory of William of Orange, a usurper, at the Battle of the Boyne with bonfires in Rome. This victory was to lead to the almost complete expropriation of Irish Catholics from their land and property and legal proscriptions on the clergy themselves. After gaining the English Establishment's support in the fight against Irish republicanism, the Irish clergy were rewarded with the grant of Maynooth university by George III in 1796.

 By their manipulation of education and knowledge the clergy were in a position to dominate Ireland until recent years. They undermined the Fenian movement and the IRA in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and excommunicated the clerical, Eamon De Valera.

 Their influence destroyed the Irish language. 

In modern times they have betrayed the insurgent movement and betrayed its members to the police. Canon McE.J of Lisnaskea gave information to the MI6 chief and paedophile, O.M, in the 1980’s when Thatcher sent MI6 to coordinate intelligence gathering and state assassinations.

 At an individual level, the clergy are devious and manipulative. They hand out slanderous references for employment with the insinuation that they are not be favourable to the job applicant. Libel has always been used by the clergy against those who do not obey their dictates. 

In education, they have a monopoly and abuse their power. In their teaching of Irish history, the clergy consistently revise and rewrite their contemporary remarks and instructions throughout history.

 At all levels from top to bottom with only a handful of exceptions, the Catholic clergy function as a bribed tool of imperialist intrigue.

Agents.

 The Military 

The recruitment of principals or fountains of ideas and writers of reform and revolutionary publications such as Marx and Lenin is the basic and main task of armies in peacetime and, sometimes,in wartime. The military look to their principals for leadership and guidance and bestow to them the legal burden of liability for the activities of the soldiers.

 In Ireland, Irish military intelligence became the agents of the CIA, the kingpins of the principal and agency system, after a secret government agreement in 1952. In Ireland,recruitment of principals is express and is by invitation. 

The principals are invariably drawn from the poor or lower middle class which correspond to the class background of soldiers and their officers themselves.

 They are warned by those soldiers who have married into their families that they will have “the life of a dog” but “more power than a general”. 

Behind the politicians who are in the limelight stand these principals whose consciousness in words and actions is closely controlled and carefully manipulated. Principals are identified at a young age on the basis of outstanding intellectual ability and extraordinary achievement.

 To prepare them for their destiny as leaders they are often brutalised to “toughen them up” or “to make a man of them”. 

The military manipulate the press and media internationally to ‘prime’ the principal with what they deem is suitable information. They ‘pay’ their principals with feedback and street commentaries and manifestations from their verissimilitudes.

Monitoring. Listening devices and close surveillance provide an insight into the domestic life and thinking of the principal.

 The theft and expropriation of ideas and copying of publications is not remunerated. That is a breach of copyright, the oldest Irish law, and intellectual property theft. The politicians have no ideas of their own, thus they need regular inputs. Like Haughey, they regard the impoverished principal as "national assets". The imputsp to politicians in the public eye areo largely the output of the principals. 

In truth the ‘handlers’ in the army are the agents of the intelligence agencies and not of their principals. 

The US dimension

The politicians pushed to the front in the US are often of Scottish extraction, the favourite pawns of the Irish Americans in the Pentagon for generations. They are aware of the Protestant character of the US. The Scots display strong characteristics of violence and uncontrolled behaviour. 

The Russian dimension

In Russia, the manipulators have wrong footed themselves with Vladimir Putin, an insider-turned-politician who refused to be manipulated and thrust aside for a Brezhnev-type drunken lout. He has, temporarily,(2008) accepted for his part that it is sometimes better to be number two for a clearer, more objective vision of reality. As a law graduate, he is not just intelligent but clever. His cleverness and wry smile originate from his service as an insider in the KGB.

 Political Policing: The role of private security contractors. 

To create their ‘commentary’ the secret police and military have enlisted many former soldiers into private security firms. I first encountered this phenomenon with C.D, D.J and F.D. while working in London. C.D was addicted to cocaine which debarred him form permanent military service. He had served in the Foreign Legion. After they left the building site, a staged accident designed to kill me occurred.

 When discharged from the army, former soldiers and trainee soldiers are enlisted into private security firms. On the basis of movements intelligence,they insinuate themselves into situations where their target is present, then they can make their unbalanced remarks.

 Soldiers are widely dispersed throughout the south and insinuate themselves into such organisations as the GAA for private gain to their family. They use their influence to place their  children in employment with social organisations. Occasionally,their children continue their work on behalf of the state and military intelligence. The soldiers advance their espionage activities as collateral for their employment and that of their siblings.

To ‘get at’ insurgents and radicals, police and military and intelligence agencies insert cryptic messages in the newspapers through their manipulation of the media, particularly the press. The press is dependent on the police press office for large amounts of copy. Refusal to comply with police directions leads to the loss of police cooperation.

 On the basis of observation, the former soldiers are in a position to report which newspapers their target reads. Through the Irish News and the Daily Mail,the sub editors direct their feedback to police targets on the basis of political intelligence from current affairs editors and fetching headlines from sub-editors. This represents their political commentary. 

This commentary is a form of military intelligence feedback during the months of targeting and represents a form of personal, intuitive,journalistic commentary. These news headlines are directed at their target in news columns. Catchy newspaper headlines are confined to sporting punditry;the favoured outlets for this misinformation in the Irish News are the columns of the racing and sporting correspondents. In the Daily Mail these headlines with a cryptic message are almost exclusively run under the sporting columns.

The doctors form a self-perpetuating elite above society and beyond legal retribution. They are chosen from the upper strata of the ruling classes by others of the same ilk. In psychiatry, Irish and British doctors plumb the lowest depths of insolence, incompetence and outright fraud. 

In Germany, doctors are more open but receive only one quarter of the salary of British and Irish doctors. 

 We will concentrate on psychiatrists since political psychiatry is a long-established component of political policy.

 The psychiatrists operate an insidious and pernicious system. The operate as confidence tricksters endeavouring to win the trust and confidence of their victims. Without convincing the police target of their insinuations of integrity,they cannot undermine the self-assurance or morale of working people. Accompanying the use of force in bringing the targets to the psychiatric hospitals the doctors firstly endeavour to let the victims ‘stew in silence’ for a time before their interviews. They use threats of force in abuse of legal rights to detain their target and to persuade them to stay in hospital voluntarily. In their interviews, doctors interpret natural phenomena as abnormal. They seek to convince the patient that he has condemned himself out of his own mouth. They throw filthy, degenerate labels at their target with the suave aplomb of professional murderers. Still later,they do not hesitate to use violence to wound, assault and poison their victims in secure wards. To disrupt communication, the politically dissatisfied are rarely comfined at the same time. The doctors exploit sibling rivalries and are the mentors and confidantes  of distraught mothers. They present themselves as a suave host for tales of domestic troubles. They comply with requests for the confinement of disobedient sons and daughters who have joined the insurgency. 

The international dimensions. Precedents

 Political psychiatry is as widely practiced in the United States as it was in the former Soviet Union to silence dissidents. 

In the Soviet Union psychiatric hospitals took the place of Labour camps in the early 1960s. 

In the United States there are two methods for the release of inmates of the asylums (as well as the vilified prisoners). 

In Ireland the foundation of the lunatic asylums in the 1860s coincides with the growing influence of the police. In every country, the privileged doctors barter medicine to the service of the police and political classes. When one thinks of psychiatrists, one is reminded of the quotation from the Book of Romans (3:13-16),"Their words are full of deadly deceit, wicked lies roll off their tongues, and dangerous threats, like snake’s poison, from their lips,their speeches filled with bitter insults. They are quick too hurt others; they leave ruin and destruction wherever they go."

 On RTE Radio One at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday the 24th of January 2013 two thundering disgraces spoke on the death of the old Bailey Bomber, Marion Price. These journalists pursue their activities not out of a sense of decency but out of a deeply disturbing desire for money. 

Eamonn the con man with an unexplained income of 150,000 euro per annum was interviewed by the hysterical Mary Wilson, daughter of the former Fianna Fail Minister of Education. The interviewee has been living on his past, namely, of involvement in agitation for civil rights. He has falsely insinuated that he was the leader of the civil rights movement in Derry and the six counties.

 There is no truth to these claims.

 On this occasion the speaker was holding forth on the death of Dolores Price in his usual pompous and overbearing manner.

The reality is that the charlatan will not lift a finger to.help his "comrades" who are confined in a special psychiatric unit for leftist organisers. Help? From him? None whatsoever! When confronted with legalised medical murder the NHS/SWP mafia slinked off. 

McCann’s sympathies with prison wardens and the terrorising ofyoung offenders in Hydebank Young Offenders' Centre. 

There too he agitated for “trade union rights”. He takes the side of the oppressor and the aggressor on every occasion against the interests of the unfortunate and oppressed. This bears out Marx’s nostrum: everything turns into its opposite. A true irony! A fine civil rights activist indeed in the Marxist tradition.

He was in good company on this occasion.

Little wonder Mitt Romney advocateded th closure of public service broadcasting in the US. 

Precisely how much are the lay population and ordinary people paying in advertising on TV licences for this baloney?

The 'street players'?

They are selected by the Special Branch, Military Intelligence and Her Majesty's Loyal Lieutenant and in the courts. 

Child Informants? 

It is the habit of the police to recruit these child informants. In the years of the civil war in the North of Ireland, particularly concerning those within the realm of the RUC,two recruit child informants were recruited to spy on often more talented members of their family. These recruits invariably suffered from a personality disorder later in life. This is due to the sublimination of thoughts, feelings and emotions at an early prepubescent phase. The age of criminal responsibility has been reduced to eight years in the North of Ireland by the courts.

In November 2012 David Ford, Minister for Justice in the Stormont Parliament, announced plans to raise the age of criminal responsibility to 12 years. 

Therefore, the police can’t make good sense of an infant of eight-year years old, at present. This is the age they are allowed by law to recruit a child informant and pay them with the pennies from overcharging by cooperative shopkeepers. These shopkeepers report to the Community Liaison Officer or Community Support Officer on a casual basis on their troubled families and relatives and relations and their associations. In practise as with M.G They later are recruited into the PSNI/RUC from their troubled families and mobilised for the purposes of sectarian intimidation, obstructionism and harassment.
